Awesome. Keith is terrific, knowledgeable, and offered many useful Tips. We can can survive this heat when our upstairs was 80 degrees.
We have used Keith at Rockwall Air for years now. We can’t say enough good things. He has saved us so much money and we trust that when we REALLY need a new unit he will tell us.
Keith was very informative and took his time explaining to me how the system works and what needed to be repaired. He successfully secured the needed part that was in very short supply and installed it and had the AC working again by the end of the day. His charge was $350 cheaper than one quote I had and over $500 cheaper than another quote I had. He is honest and doesn’t take advantage of those he helps. Thank you, Keith, for your honesty and willingness to help. I really appreciate it!

Such an amazing experience. Keith and team are incredible, and I can't recommend them enough. Rockwall air was incredibly responsive replaced our AC unit for cheaper than the other "big groups". Customer service was personable and actually genuine. Seriously just call Keith and rockwall air if you have AC issues. There is legitimately no reason to call anyone else
Amazingly honest, thorough, and responsive. Actually came in under his initial quote - which was a good price to start with. His crew that did the installation was great as well. Wish I could find a plumber, an electrician, and a bathroom remodeler that was as good!

He went above and beyond for my family when we were moving and needed last minute work done on the home they were selling and the one they were purchasing. He is without a doubt the most honest, dependable and trustworthy professional you could call to take care of your HVAC in this Texas heat. Not to mention, he will not try to drain your bank account and up charge you for unnecessary fixes. We didnt get a chance to work with Rockwall Air because they do mainly remodel work. However, If I could convince him to do our new work we would! Very honest! Highly recommend. And this is just from phone conversation.

Without a doubt,Rockwall air/ Keith is the best in this part of the town. My ac unit, little old, stopped working and he came out right away on the sunday/memorial weekend holiday and fixed it immediately. Replaced control board and thermostat. He is trustworthy and extremely courteous. Highly recommended.
did not help me..I called a repairman, all I got was a salesman..a waste of time. and now this person is being petty and attacking me for my review. this jerk gave me a bad review for my company...because I told the truth. And I have never worked for this petty little man. a real jerk
Keith came out late in the day and checked my unit in my new home. Nothing was wrong with it he was honest and even told me how to clean my unit myself. Rockwall air is my AC company forever!

We have worked with Keith multiple times. He has a honest work ethic and functional approach to AC repair, lacking in other larger companies. If it isn't broke-don't fix it. As a single owner/operator, he spends more time explaining and educating clients, which I respect. As a first time owner of a older home he has helped us numerous times, sometimes coming out late at night and not charging for a simple fix. He is our go to for all things AC. I would highly recommend him without any reservations.
I was experiencing drainage issues with my A/C unit and several other contractors had recommended a new system. Keith determined the system did not need to be replaced and was able to correct the problem at minimal charge. I am very satisfied with Keith's professionalism and integrity, and plan to use him again in the future.

We had a quote from another competitor for $1500 to repair a 4 year old AC unit. Keith came out and told us we had a small leak in valve and all it had to do was be tightened. All he charged for was the freon and the service call. Super honest and is trustworthy in our book. He has our business going forward and I wish more companies would take notice. He’s independent and depends on his reputation and you can tell.

MOST important attribute in HVAC repair is HONESTY!! Yes, I get it, the repair person must be skilled, knowledgeable, & thorough, BUT, U can get that with MANY service companies. What u NEVER KNOW is whether u’ve been charged more $$$ for unneeded repairs. HOWEVER, ROCKWALL AIR (Keith), has serviced my home multiple times in the past 12yrs & on two occasions found MY MISTAKES created the problem. Keith quickly corrected them. He would NOT accept payment!! He educated me, spent his time & gas but refused payment for a “simple fix”! (He’s done this twice now!!) I trust him Explicitly! I’ve worked for Carrier Corp, delt with MANY service companies & before I met this gentleman, I was VERY skeptical! There are plenty of competent & excellent service providers but so VERY VERY FEW TRUSTWORTHY. To back my opinion, I recommended Rockwall Air to my elderly Mother! TRUSTWORTHY
Keith delivered as promised. Great crew, no mess, fast install. Keith installs a bullet proof Trane system and steers you away from the add ons and extras that other companies push. Very pleased with the results. You won't be sorry by going with Keith.
