Our air conditioner shut down at 11 PM and at 8:15 the next morning I contacted MHC Air Services and they had a technician here by 10 o’clock. Found out the problem needed a new fan motor and within two hours. The job was complete by professional technicians.
Metro installed a new AC in our home and they gave us the best bang for our buck! The service was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and up to date.

My air conditioning unit has been looking so I googled black owned a/c repair near me and called the first number that came up. Fortunately, it was Metro and they were able to send someone over the next day! They even offered to come that night, but I decided to wait to save on the after hours fee. Devo arrived on time, was professional, and finished the job quickly. I appreciate the great service, would definitely use them again, and highly recommend!

We moved into our house 18 months ago which had a 10 year old high end Trane system which had been installed by Metro. The system had a complicated air filtering system and we had Metro come out to show us how to do proper maintenance when cleaning the filters. The technician was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and showed us how to properly clean the filter. He also did a seasonal inspection for a very reasonable price. We have had two more seasonal maintenance visits and each time Metro was on time and very professional. I highly recommend this company for your AC and heating needs.

this company has been to my house over 10 times with the same cooling issues. still can not get it fixed. another issue is they are never here when they make the appt. Im not talking about hours late, Im talking about days late. They never call to say they wont be there so you end up having to take multiple days off work to be here when they arrive
The technicians are extremely kind, but they've been out here twice and my ac is still not fixed. I called Friday and was told someone would call and come out. Nothing happened. I'm extremely dissappointed and would not recommend using this service. $300 and over a week later and my ac is still not completely fixed.....
Metro Heating & Cooling in Dallas installed a new Lennox comfort system in my home a few months ago. The folks at Metro were incredible. They are friendly, professional and punctual. I was very impressed with the installation and how clean they left everything. I had the wifi thermostat installed as well. The service technician walked me through every step of setting it up and how to use it. Metro is not your everyday run of the mill HVAC company. They are top notch professionals who do what they say they are going to do and don't pull the old bait and switch as so many other companies out there do. I am equally impressed with my new Lennox unit. It can control different zones in your home making it extremely efficient. My electric and gas bills have been reduced substantially. I can even control the unit from my cell phone! This is the most advanced system I have ever seen. Lennox has really put out an outstanding product here. Thank you Lennox and Metro Heating & Cooling for making my house so much more comfortable and my utility bills so much lower!
