The tech, Cole, quickly figured out that we had a bad breaker that needed replacement. Called an electrician and all is working well.

Entered a service request in the evening on the 4th of July knowing I wouldn’t receive a call back until the 5th. Received a call back in the morning of the 5th and a service tech was out before noon to make the necessary repairs. During this time of the year this is unheard of. Great service and response.
The technician was very knowledgeable. He found an issue with a condensation drain tube and corrected the issue. I was using a competitor of Lyons and they never inspected that particular drain tube. He was extremely thorough and professional.
The HVAC professional that fixed my system, had puzzle through years of poor repairs in order to create a solution for me. He rescued us from sweltering-and with a great attitude and genuine concern. Cole is one of the best service providers I have worked with and I will not hesitate to recommend he and Lyon for HVAC help!
I’m so happy with the service I received from Lyons A/C. Our unit went out in 100 degree temps and they were able to come out the same day for diagnostics and repair. The young man who did the repairs was courteous, professional and quick to diagnose the issue. They have definitely won my business!

Cole came out and got our AC checked, and even though we still need a part, he got us up and running so we weren’t without AC any longer while we wait on the needed part. I highly recommend Lyon’s for any and all AC repairs. He was very upfront and honest about all of the repair and replacement options, didn’t try to upsell me on something I didn’t need. They gained a customer for life!

Tech arrived and listened to the issue. Verified the defective part and replaced. Then verified rest of system was working properly. Very professional and a reasonable price.

They do an excellent job. When I moved in to my house there were two A/C systems. They have replaced one and I have maintained the other one. Whether it is the sales team, install, or repair every employee has been pleasant, calm, competent, and efficient. They are who you should call.
