My house underwent extensive plumbing work. I'm really glad I went with Bacon Plumbing Heating Air Electric. Everyone was courteous and kind. They kept me up to date on their progress. And did an outstanding job. I don't think I could have had a better partner. They come highly recommended by me
Bacon plumbing is an incredible company. Probably one of the best HVAC companies I have used with reasonable pricing, always on time, and always providing quality services whenever I have them come out to my property. I always recommend Bacon to all my friends & family members with their home services and they are all just so happy with Bacon & all that they have to offer. 10/10 services.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Matthew, and I couldn't be happier with the service he provided. From the moment he arrived, I was impressed by his professionalism and personable demeanor. He took the time to explain the services he would be providing and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Throughout the installation process, Matthew was honest and efficient, and the work was completed to the highest standard. Not only that, but he was always polite and respectful in his interactions with myself and my family. I highly recommend Matthew to anyone in need of electrical services with Bacon. My AC went out during this crazy heat and Bacon Plumbing came through for me. If it wasn't for them my family and I would have been in the house without any cool air. Our AC feels so much better now and I am so happy with the service that was provided. Pricing was excellent within my range and service was super fast! I highly recommend this company to everyone!
Brad Pearson and Paxton G are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I feel confident that the work they performed was done correctly. Vincent Lara was at my residence a good part of the day looking in on projects being done and addressing any questions or concerns I had. He, to, was very professional; I could tell his main goal was to make me feel at ease concerning the projects being performed. And I can't leave out Joshua! Joshua was awesome helping me to understand the reason why each project was being done. I got overwhelmed with it all...lol and Joshua stayed until I was feeling comfortable with everything. We use Bacon for maintenance of our home through the Friends & Family Plan. When first signing up, I only did this because the scaling of my tankless heater was included which would have cost me more than a year of the Friends and Family Plan cost. They consistently call to set up maintenance checks on different systems throughout the house and are always super professional!
Thank you for coming out to do a follow up inspection after a new HVAC installation! I will definitely be using Bacon for all my future needs. This company went above and beyond my expectations! All employees are very nice and professional!

This company deserves a rating less than 1 star. I have a family plan with Bacon HVAC company so I called to check my thermostat & AC that were not working. They gave lies snd excuses for not keeping with the schedule. I have to say lies because customer service said they called and left voicemail that tech will be coming at a certain time but had to be cancelled because of no response. Upon reviewing my phone - these never occurred- only text message that showed past time. How could calls and voicemail are not registered on my phone but only with the company’s phone? I have no AC for 2 days and with the heat in Texas - this is NOT acceptable. I have decided to cancel my family plan as I will never continue business with this company. FYI: An HVAC company responded and came immediately to fix my AC issue. This company deserves more than a 5 star. Follow up to above review: I want to commend the efforts made by Anthony, Bacon Plumbing manager for following with me regarding the above communication issue. His actions show that he cares not only for customers but for keeping the reputation of the company. Losing a customer’s trust may be insignificant - losing one customer is still a loss. He said he has discussed the issue with his team and hopeful that miscommunications won’t happen in the future. I still cancelled my family plan with Bacon - but I will give 5 star for Anthony for being a good manager.
We’ve used Bacon Plumbing on several occasions and they always provide five star service. Today’s appointment was the same high quality interaction. Daniel R. was on time and very professional. We will definitely remain loyal customers thanks to the incredible staff and service you provide.
Excellent service and in the land of waiting a month or more for an appointment, these guys make availability right away time and time again. Most recently installed an under mount sink. Showed up on time was efficient and got the job done quickly. Before that I was putting in new flooring and they were able to come and prep the bathrooms before and after flooring installation. Super great job! Wouldn't use anyone else!
A stress free experience from start to finish. The guy who showed up was able to spot the problem right away. All of the equipment the plumber would require was brought. Every time we required servicing at home, we had to wait for the technician to come back from the store with the necessary parts. We felt like we received VIP treatment.
Fantastic company, the technician they sent was very professional, he came on time and it took him less than 10 minutes to complete and rectify the issue. He also fixed my toilet seat for me, I was definitely appreciative of that.
Joshua waited for us to get home from an appointment and so glad he did. Joshua was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He made us Customers for life. But should Joshua leave, we may need to follow Joshua.
Technician Hudson Dillingham came out after hours, he showed up on time. Nice tech but AC was low on Freon and he quoted $400 per lb but couldn’t tell us how many needed. This company has priced themselves out of the market for anyone that has any knowledge of HVAC, which we do. Very disappointed in companies taking advantage of people.

They were quick to respond and come out to help. Anthony Dang was wonderful and did a great job, we would definitely welcome him back for further service!
Danny was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, polite, respectful. He gave us the options available to us, and wasn't pushy. Would have him back anytime.
