Ten months ago Arthur pond owner of Art Electric HVAC was hired to replace three units in our house namely Two 3.5 tons and one 5 tons. Starting price was way lower than what we ended up paying him. The sharp increase in the price according to him was because of pandemic.I respected that and we moved on completing the job. Our house was under construction and we were not leaving in the house. Two months ago at the beginning of colder climate we moved in our home. We realized that one of the units is not warming up. I called and texted him. I had the feeling that he doesn’t have any appetite to come and fix the problem. Our contract indicates that Art electric and HVAC has given us two years of labor and parts warranty. Finally, he comes in and said that he needs a part to order. He left and took him three weeks to come back. Anyhow, he comes in changes the part. I go to attic to see if that part resolved the problem. While the mother board of the unit was signaling yellow light which warns that the unit wasn’t functioning properly, he closed the cover. Once I asked him about the situation he said some nonsense and left. To me it appeared that he doesn’t have the knowledge to fix it. Or, because of the warranty situation he doesn’t want to invest any of his time. We paid him $32000. Stay away from this company. I’m 61 years old and this is my very first negative review. I believe honest reviews will encourage the business owners to watch how they conduct their business.

Art does a great job. Not only does he know HVAC systems but he is also an electrician. I have used him for several different houses from repairs to full system installations and each job was done with quality. His name is on the company and he stands by his brand.
I woke up on a Sunday morning after a hard freeze to realize that the heat wasn't working! I got a recommendation for Art Electric & HVAC and left them a message, hoping that I could get an appointment for the next week. To my surprise, Art was available that evening to drop by and have a look at it. He popped off the cover, spotted the problem instantly - a blown fuse - and ran out to his truck to replace it. Problem solved, and the blessed heat started blowing again. His service call fee was more than reasonable, especially for a same-day weekend visit! On top of that, he was knowledgeable, kind, and honest. He didn't even want to make a fuss about the weekend thing. I'd recommend him to friends and family alike. He's made a customer for life.
Art and his team went above and beyond in their work. Their professionalism is astounding, and they are very trustworthy. He gave us exactly what we needed and was very fair in pricing. I will use and recommend Art any chance I get.

I dealt with Art Pond, the owner. He was very knowledgeable, professional and down to earth. I had 2 prior quotes for issues and repair costs for my HVAC system. Art did not exaggerate any of the problems and he did not try to over sell the solution. Art sold us a quality HVAC system at a fair price (better system at a lower price than quoted by the other two companies). Art's crew installed the new HVAC system. They were always on time, professional, knowledgeable (problem solvers). We couldn't be happier with the overall experience and the final outcome in dealing with Art Inc, Electrical & HVAC. Art came out last minute on a Tuesday evening and was able to get our AC back up and running. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the only part that needed repair. This is an honest company who does business the right way. Highly recommend!
Memorial Day Weekend Save 👍🏼👍🏼 Woke up to a warm house and a hot wife (and not in the good way 😂)!!! I called Art after contacting some other A/C companies (some did not even bother to return my call and some did not have same day availability). Communicated and arrived at agreed upon window. Worked very efficiently to get me back up and running quickly and then finished checking the rest of my system. Price was very reasonable, especially considering that this was a holiday weekend. They explained what they were doing and what they were looking for. After reading the other reviews going several years back and actually getting to see them in action I am impressed to say the least and am glad they are local. I will be giving them my HVAC & Electrical business going forward.
Art has done work on my primary residence and rental properties for over 10 years. Friendly, reliable, and honest service every time. I highly recommend him for both electrical and HVAC work!!

I need a complete new central air condition system, and found this great company which provides 10 years labor and parts warranty with a reasonable price. The service was excellent so far. All people were knowledgeable, friendly and communicated well. Art and his team are great guy to work with! Jose came after a quickly installation done, and made sure all was done correctly even though it took much more time. They went above and beyond the call of duty. You can really trust this company for sure! After 5/31/2018 service, I would like to post my very strong recommendation again for Air Electric & HVAC inc as following: If you want to save time, money and get a reliable air condition system, I would think the best company at Rockwall as well as DFW is Air Electric & HVAC inc. You really can trust its owner Art as well as key staff Jose because they always put customer satisfaction as their first priority! Their team are very high skilled and nice people! 5/30/2018 over 14 years air condition system broken, and I first thing is calling Art Electric company, and got very quickly response from Jose. 5/31/2018 afternoon, two very skilled Air condition professionals come to my home. They did very quick and nice job for installed completed 3 Ton 14 Seer Air condition systems about 4 hours. I am very happy with their installation, specially in this urgent request and very hot day! I really appreciated these two high skilled Air condition professional's hard work! Now I do have a new system and near new system installed at my home by Art Electric company with 10 year Labor and Parts Warranty without worry about anything at least ten years! My air conditioner stopped cooling on a Sunday and I called Art Inc. (Electric and HVAC) first thing Monday morning. Art was able to come out the same day at 3pm. He was able to diagnose the problem within 20 minutes and complete the repair at a reasonable price. Art also took the time to explain the repair he was performing and provided me helpful information on maintaining the A.C. to extend the life of the unit. I will definitely call Art Inc. If any other A.C. issues arise.
Art and Jose are the best. You want a great repair at a very fair price? call them. I have a VERY old trane they were able to diag the system quickly and correctly the first time and get me back up and running. Thank you Art and Jose.
