My wife called just before 1:00pm to have Turbo come out to unclog a drain in the house. My wife told me they would be at our house between 4-7pm. So I left work early and drove the 25 mins to get home by 4. My wife called around 4:47pm to verify they were coming. She was told they would be there in the next 2 hours. It’s about 7:20pm and I called and was told the tech is not coming. So I had to cancel the appointment altogether and they should be giving us a refund. This is not a 5 Star company.
I had a problem with my plumbing and Scott took care of my repair doing an excellent job.
My Air handler was fully serviced, thanks to turbo and the scott technician.
