The builder we hired to build our home used Buck Raymond HVAC and we've continued using them for our yearly maintenance. They are always prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I like that they try to give a 2hour window on appts unlike most who ask you to wait all morning or all afternoon to show up. And Marqui, in office, always calls to say the repairman is on his way. She's very kind and accommodating. I'd definitely recommend them for any HVAC needs.
Buck Ramond recently evaluated and repaired an AC issue within a few hours of my call. Very friendly staff and qualified technicians, would definitely recommend them.
