Stephen has helped us from melting in the TX heat many times when our AC unit stopped working…and started leaking. He is honest, reliable, very knowledgeable, and customer service cannot be beat!! I can’t recommend him enough, he has gone out of his way to help us on multiple occasions and we are grateful to be a customer.
Came out on thanksgiving to make sure the unit was working and quickly resolved our issue. Second to none customer service. Highly recommend.
Stephen did a fantastic job helping us get our ancient AC up and running again. 1985 was apparently a great year for quality built AC units. Stephen didn’t back down from the challenge and hung in there in the crazy Texas heat like a champion. Highly recommend

Had my a/c unit stop cooling on a Friday night, called him at 730 am on Saturday and he was at the house by 1030. Very fair price. Honest work. Would recommend him to anybody needing work done.
Awesome deal and professional quality work. I am happy with the work and my AC is cooling the house efficiently. Stephen took his time and spent hours in summer heat up in the attic to make sure system was leak proof. Would recommend him to anyone you can trust this guy with all your AC needs.

Everyone wants an honest AC guy to do their work and Stephen, owner of Matrix, is the guy for the job. He came out to my house and not only performed maintenance, but he educated me through the process as well. He saved me from an unnecessary $1200 recommendation from my warranty company. His focus is customer satisfaction and ensuring the job is done right.
A/c had suddenly gone out, called Stephen, and he made sure to make it out the same day, which I was not expecting. Fixed the a/c quickly and efficiently, and have not had an issue ever since. Prompt service, great rate, and more importantly honest and of good character.
Stephen did a great job figuring out why our system was working so hard to cool the house. He even went as far as calling the company "Carrier" to make sure that his finding were correct and gave us a few options to choose from to save money. Come rain or shine he was here to take care of the issue. GREAT PERSON. He gained a customer for life.

Excellent service for a great price. Steve arrived on time and worked professionally. Replaced my old R-22 refrigerant condenser and evaporator with the new R-410A. Tested the unit after installation. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Highly recommend him!
Recently our gas heater stop working in the middle of winter. We had gotten Stephen number from a family friend. My husband called and Stephen was here within a hour and our home was heating again. He answered all our questions and even gave some advice of maintenance. We are glad we called him.
