Wow! I’m so happy and impressed with the service and responsiveness of Temper Mechanical A/C. It was a holiday weekend and my family was visiting from out of town, when my air conditioning went out completely. Summer in Texas is HOT! An amazing tech came over quickly on a Sunday and fixed everything! The customer service is like none other. I’ve referred them to my whole family.
Called this company and they're charging 75 dollars to come out, and that's not even included in repairs. So as long as they show up, whether they can solve the problem or not, you're obligated to pair 75 dollars. It sounds more to me like a company that does not have trust in their own services.
Bad business
Equipment was dropped off the day before. Ken arrived next morning and had all old equipment uninstalled and the outside unit in place within 1.5 hours. Completed within 3.5 hours. Very professional. Very personable, Very driven and puts customers interest and comfort above his own. I hope Temper realizes what they have. I’ve retired from the hvac industry after 35 years and seen a LOT of helpers and technicians. Ken is an exceptional person.
Ken was very professional and knowledgeable. He came in and instantly fixed my a/c unit. I would definitely recommend him.

Our AC unit stopped working and the temperature in our house got to 91 and we have children and it became very alarming. As soon as Ken got our work order he immediately contacted us. He went above and beyond and was able to schedule us into his very busy day. When he arrived at the house he was very professional and he assessed the situation thoroughly. He was able to repair the AC unit and immediately the temperature started to drop. Thank you so much Ken we are very grateful!!!
These guys have been amazing! No one likes getting the call from a tenant that the A/C is going out - but Temper Mechanical Air & Heat made it as painless as possible. They were able to get out within 24 hours to replace an entire HVAC in one of my homes and went above and beyond on another home to fix a leak. Their pricing is competitive and there customer service is the best in the business. Highly recommend them.
My A/c went out and Mr.Ken was great with his service to ensure we had some type of cool air before my replacement came.
This guy was awesome took his time and completed the job and job well done. After installing the unit he left but came back in the afternoon to make sure it was cooling down and it was cooling properly. I would recommend them to my family, friends and everyone else I know.
Ken was professional, friendly, and thorough. He communicated the issues and resolved them in a fairly short amount of time. He was worth the wait…summer’s brutal and busy schedule keeps all of y’all on your toes. Thanks for coming to the rescue!!!!
Ken showed up on time and was very professional. He replaced our entire A/C system. Before he left, he made sure everything was running smoothly. He definitely knows what he is doing. We definitely appreciate him taking great care in his job and making sure the A/C was cooling properly before he left.
Check the system saw the problem and quickly did a job that was well done.
Mr. Ken was very professional, polite and professional. He called ahead to confirm the appointment and sent me a text message stating his approximate ETA. He explained to me what he was doing and and provided education on maintaining the system. Great Job! He deserves a RAISE!

Isaac Diaz came out and correctly diagnosed the issue with the thermostat and installed a new thermostat and required it into the unit correctly. Thanks for getting us going again.
Ken is awesome! Very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. He helped me to understand more about my A/C system than I’ve learned in my life. Hats off to him.
I had my A.C. go out since Sunday. I been waiting for a technician to come through and boy it was worth the wait (the hot house wasn't worth it lol). Ken the A.C. Tech arrived around 10 pm and he went straight to work and got my A.C. back running within minutes. He's very knowledgeable and understands exactly what to look for when doing a diagnostic. If I could give more stars on his work, I would definitely would. Thanks to him, the A.C. started working again. I highly recommend anyone to get any work from Ken.
Isaac Diaz and his assistant came out and promptly accessed and addressed the problem after a tech from another company couldn’t. Not only did Isaac fix the original problem he went above and beyond and went outside and fixed another problem that would have been a future problem and avoided another bag of worms on its own highly recommend his and his company for your ac needs.
Ken worked around my schedule and when he got to the house is took him no time at all to know exactly what was going on! Quick repair and he knew exactly what he was doing and explained it all! Ken and his guy are 10/10
