I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring EZ Blast AC & Heat, LLC for a service, and I must say it was a complete disappointment. The technician assigned to my case displayed an alarming level of laziness and rudeness that left me utterly dissatisfied. The main issue arose when the technician informed me that the replacement of the Evaporator Coil would take an astonishing four weeks due to the unavailability of the warranty part. This seemed highly suspicious, so I decided to verify their claim by contacting a Trane dealer directly. To my surprise, the Trane dealer confirmed that the required part was readily available and could be picked up without delay. This incident clearly highlights the technician's untrustworthiness and lack of professionalism. It is unacceptable for a service provider to provide false information and unnecessarily prolong the repair process. Their actions demonstrate a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and reliability. Furthermore, I suspect that the positive reviews praising EZ Blast AC & Heat, LLC are fabricated and falsely generated. They appear to be nothing more than bot-made and fake reviews originating from Bangalore, India. This discovery further solidifies my belief that this company lacks integrity and cannot be trusted. In conclusion, I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of EZ Blast AC & Heat, LLC. Their technician's laziness, rudeness, and dishonesty create an unpleasant and unprofessional service experience. Save yourself the trouble and seek reliable and trustworthy alternatives. Good luck if you decide to hire them, as you'll likely be left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.
We have used this company in the past and they are always quick to respond and give you all the options so you can choose which best fits your needs at that time. Would definitely recommend!

Oh my, super mega highly recommend EZ Blast!! Ramiro and Isaac are very HONEST, professional and skilled at what they do! They offer competitive pricing and go above and beyond. They came to the rescue the same day on a hot Sunday in July to fix a broken AC at my house. They also replaced coil and condensor on a separate instance. Can’t be more pleased with their work ethics and awesome services!!!
I called them based on great reviews from one of my neighbors. They provide excellent and timely service. Great pricing. Romera (owner) is very knowledgeable, respectful, and took only a few systematic steps to diagnose the problem. Very prompt in ordering the replacement part and scheduling the replacement service. His team members are very professional. Hats-off to them for a tidy work. Sandra in the main office is amazing and highly responsive in addressing queries and concerns. Thank you EZ Blast!!! I will definitely go back to them when required. Highly recommend them.

Technician very cordial, timely and thorough. The receptionist Sandy gives A+ customer service. Will replace my ac unit and advised parts under warranty. The other company I’d been using did not even advise under warranty. Came back today replaced parts in half time anticipated. Awesome job.

Extremely impressed with Ez Blast! Since we bought our home in the Richmond area a few years ago (home is only 5 years old) our master bed room has struggled to get cool during summer. We decided to reach out to EZ Blast. They came within a day that we called them to give us a quote. Price was very reasonable and Issac was very helpful! He even identified leaks that were coming from the plenum box. Two days later him and Victor came to run the new duct and to install the vent. My room has never been cooler on a hot day! (today was 97!) Give these guys your business! They are affordable, reliable and very customer friendly! I hope I do not need them for a while, but when I do, they''ll be the first ones I call!!

Ramiro did great! They checked to see if our AC motor was still covered under warranty and it was so we only got charged for the labor. We didn't know that the motor was still covered. What a blessing. Their customer service was amazing. I would recommend EZ Blast AC to anyone who needs their AC or heater checked/fixed.
