Maybe not the cheapest in the market but they do the job right and always ready to respond and follow up. Most importantly is the honesty and fast response from all staff. Technicians are very well trained and get the job done. My service happened over the weekend with high temperatures above 100, they responded and completed everything, even on Sunday. Thank you for the great service, don’t change and keep it up.
Justin was the technician who just completed some A/C work at my home. He was very courteous and professional and clearly knowledgeable about A/C matters. He resolved our issues regarding a leak and provided a thorough explanation of the actions taken to address the problem. Justin’s expertise and pleasant manner were greatly appreciated! Excellent service!!!
The heat wave just started and my AC stops working. I called my trusted AC company that I’ve used for years and within the hour I had a fantastic technician in my home reassuring me that he would find and fix the problem. And he did. Luckily it was an easy fix. I can’t thank Justin enough! He was so kind and I enjoyed talking to him while we waited for everything to kick on. I also want to thank Christine who is always so pleasant and helpful with scheduling and answering questions. The annual maintenance plan is worth it, and this company has always treated me well. I’m happy to see them growing as a company with the recent merger with McWilliams.
In the middle of a terrible heat wave, AC unit circuit board failed. Tech (Justin) was dispatched same day. He was on time, very knowledgeable and a superb communicator. Despite supply chain challenges, he returned and had my AC running in 90 minutes saving me the cost of a major system replacement. Service like that drives repeat business! Thanks Justin.
Air Express is the best AC and heating company we have ever worked with. We have been homeowners for 30 years. They are reliable, knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. Our system went out yesterday and they returned my call, on a Sunday? Within an hour. It was serviced and repaired first thing the next day.
Justin was professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain and answer all of our questions. We are extremely happy with the new HVAC system installed.
I have been a customer for over 15 years and I continue to call them for every AC and heating issue for every residence I’ve had. Recently it was time for a full system replacement (existing equipment was over 30 years old and I didn’t really want to invest any money into it with parts.) Justin showed me all the options and explained them well. He was not pushy and was completely professional. I took advantage of their great financing option and warranty. Then the next morning Jaime and Chase arrived to install the new system. They worked cleanly, quietly, and nonstop for 9 hours until it was finished. They were courteous, kind, professional, and I felt very comfortable with them in my home with my wife and pets. I highly recommend Air Express / McWilliams and Sons for any air or heat need. You will be pleased and comfortable within hours.
We had Jorge come out and check our AC system since it wasn't cooling. He had a great positive attitude and made us feel heard. One of the best costumer service I have received in years. I had the pleaser if having Roberto and Isaiah come and replace our coil. They came in and out very professional and helpful. Answered any questions and let me know all the work they had done. Great team will work with them again.
I just received an estimate for an AC/furnace replacement and Justin Ross is AWESOME! He inspected and provided pictures of my existing system. He was extremely thorough in explaining all components, what would be replaced, provided pictures of the installation materials that would be used and went over the different options available for their proprietary system. Justin was professional and not pushy at all. I am still reviewing the options he provided but feel confident Air Express would do a good job.
Air Express came out to diagnose my air conditioner. The coil had a leak. They provided a quote to replace the leaking coil and a separate quote to install a new system. The tech that did the diagnosis was friendly and explained the issue well. However, their prices were substantially higher than other quotes I received after shopping prices. ~$1,000 higher for the coil replacement and ~$10,000 higher for a new system. The competing quote I received for a new system was a comparable 2 stage system but a different brand so not completely apples to apples. Both carried the same SEER rating and were known brands (American Standard vs. Lennox).
Contacting Air Express for a quote for 2 AC units. Josiah came over and walked me through the whole process in details, so professional and knowledgeable. The price they quoted me was for superior équipement at a much lower cost than the competition ~$3,000. Had the installation done today by Jaime and Jose. Wonderful work very professional.

Had to replace an outside condenser coil. Bought original unit from Air Express and also bought extended warranty (parts and labor).That decision paid off as it covered the entire cost except the new freon. Roberto was the repairman and he was very professional, polite and informative. He explained all the repairs and what to expect. He is a great representative for the company.
We have been using Air Express for close to 20 years. Always great service and great people! All the AE technicians have been good, but Sam has been our service technician since we started using AE and not only is he a great technician, but he is a kind, courtious polite man! There are a lot of AC companies around, but this one has been the best!

We had Air Express install our Reme Halo air purification system 5 years ago and we absolutely love it!! The house smells so fresh and we all feel so much better breathing the clean air in our home! More recently we used them to install a new high efficiency two stage AC and heater in our home when our compressor went out. The installers did such a great job! Our house stays so cold, dry, and comfortable even during these brutal Houston summers. Thanks again for taking care of our family’s home comfort needs!
