Art was amazing! He was quick to reply and able to come take a look at our issues the same day. He helped us understand exactly where the problems were and explained the repairs he was going to do without trying to up-sell us on new products that we didn’t need. Definitely recommend for any A/C repairs!

Art did a great job at a fair price. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and thoroughly explained everything. Most importantly, he was able to fix my issue within 24 hours of calling. Thankfully I called before the Texas summer heat kicks in.
Texas Cool does my maintenance and even checked out the AC at a new home I was considering purchasing. One year later and his services are keeping my AC going great! I love how upfront and honest he is. He also helped me out with a listing that needed an AC tune up, worked quickly and efficiently! 100 percent would recommend his services.

When I initially contacted Art, luckily he was close by and came to diagnose unit within 5 minutes. He wound up repairing the mess left behind from the previous technician a day prior. Art can find the parts, rates are reasonable, and I completely trust his judgement. Will definitely use again, and highly recommend.
Arturo is the man! I called him during the power outage and freeze and he was out within an hour. Got our heat back up and running in less than an hour even with me hovering over top of him the whole time. Super professional, and does quality work. I will continue to recommend people to him

Art is the epitome of excellent small business! He answered our call on the first attempt, was flexible with our schedule, and very punctual. He came over and repaired our heating system, all while giving us a detailed explanation with pictures. Kept it simple, didn’t try to upsell us, and was a courteous professional. Believe all the reviews, Art is the real deal! Cut out those chains and support your local business!

Good service
We had a bit of a crisis today in 100 degree heat. Our system was just not cooling consistently. Naturally, we reached out for immediate assistance. Texas Cool answered our call on the first try and came by within the hour. Before Arturo even came, he was trying to solution the issue based on explanation of what we were experiencing. Even planned to get a part before coming by so we didn't have to go without AC. Turns out... our exterior system just needed to be cleaned (side note: keep your system clean, especially if placed near a dryer vent). But Arturo was very thorough when checking the system, and was more than happy to explain in detail everything that could possibly be causing our issues. He was also very kind when it turned out that really, we could have probably solved his issue on our own. Definitely recommend!
