Eli is awesome! 100+ degrees outside and the unit is not keeping up. Eli was able to identify the leak and get it fixed. He was quick and professional!
I called On Air this morning with a/c problems and was able to get a same day appointment for 5 to 8 pm. Then the tech Eli was able to get here *hours early* and fix my issue. I would definitely recommend them, they’re courteous and prompt.

Eli was great, responsive, and true to his word.
Eli highly recommended in my neighborhood last year by several neighbors when my compressor went out when the temperature was running over 100°. He was able to repair it in less than two days at a better price. I believe in yearly maintenance for furnace and AC and asked him at that time if he had that type of program which he did. The previous group that I had I felt was always trying to sell me something so I was happy to change even though Eli cost me a little bit more. Eli was very detailed in his maintenance. He told me what he was doing and what he saw, and I felt comfortable that he was telling me the truth.
We had a great experience with On Air HVAC. We contacted them initially when our old system began acting up in December. They provided competitive quotes for repairing and replacing the old system. We decided to replace, and they ordered a new, highly rated system for us. When the system arrived, we scheduled the installation. The crew arrived on time and completed the work flawlessly. We are completely satisfied.

The man came when he said he would show up, did NOT try to up-sell me but DID present several options for repairing my aging system. I paid a fair price and felt like I was respected and listened to.
