These guys are awesome! Marcus & Andy are great. We had a problem with our air ducts and they came out to look at them within a day of us reaching out and fixed the issue 2 days later! Couldn’t be more pleased with their service.

I recently had a new a/c unit installed in my home in RR by a business in Austin. As temperatures rose outside, it quickly became obvious the new unit was not cooling properly. The contractor’s solution was to perform additional work and charge more money to fix the problem. That didn’t sit well with me for obvious reasons and I wanted a second opinion. I found E. Walk Services online and was impressed by other people’s experiences. I contacted Marcus (owner) and he came by on a Sunday evening and was literally able to identify, solve and explain the problem in a matter of minutes. I also found out the initial contractor’s recommendation was completely unnecessary. What was a desperate situation quickly became one of relief and I can’t recommend him highly enough!
Marcus and team operate with professionalism, everything is the highest quality, and they get the job done! Our HVAC system was on its last legs… last year they did everything they could to keep it running, and this year they replaced it and the process was super smooth.

Marcus is one of the most professional HVAC guys we have used. I wouldn’t use anyone else and wouldn’t trust anyone else.
TLDR: I will use E.Walk at every opportunity and recommend them to friends and family. The first time my AC went out, I happened on Marcus’s number from a Reddit thread. He answered the phone and promised he could be there same day at 6pm. Despite my skepticism (it’s hard to find good folks), he showed up — clearly having put in a hard day’s work already. He took a quick look at my unit, determined that the capacitor went out, showed me how (voltage loss), and did the repair. I called him out a month later when the AC stopped blowing cold again. He and Andey (Andy?) determined that there was like 5lbs of sand/crud in the drip line causing my system to freeze up. They worked hard to finally clear it. It was an impressive amount of stuff in the drip line!! Unfortunately, my system fan went out a little while after — yet fortunately, I had go-to AC guys at this point. :D They came out and fixed it quickly. My home has a loft area, and I was concerned about the temp differences between upstairs and downstairs. It was hard to maintain a good differential and was getting expensive on my electric bill. I asked Marcus to come by and provide recommendations on moving thermostats or even installing mini-splits in the areas that aren’t cooling efficiently. He worked me in to his schedule and diagnosed a damper issue and saved me a significant amount of money that I would have otherwise spent on mini-splits or adding another unit to accommodate the change in temps. In 4 repairs and north of 20ish hours of work, I’ve spent less than $3k (including parts!) These guys are honest, intelligent, caring, experienced, funny, and good-hearted. Call them.

I highly recommend E. Walk Services. They have worked on our A/C and heating system several times, from installation to repair and maintenance. First of all, and I think most importantly, Marcus answered the phone and was able to make it out almost right away to fix one problem, and made it within a few hours for another emergency (you know how important having a functioning A/C unit is here in central Texas!) They do their very best to prioritize and take care of someone who needs help ASAP. Second, they do great work, are professional and ethical and treat you and your property with respect while on the job. They do just what's needed to get you up and running without taking advantage of the situation. If you just need a capacitor replaced, that's what you will get, nothing more. If you have an old system on its last leg like we did, they do an exceptional job installing a new one for a fair price, and it will be done right. I absolutely recommend E. Walk Services, we have been very happy with them and have no doubt you will be happy too.

I have used E. Walk Services several times now in both residential and commercial facilities. Marcus shows up on time, correctly diagnoses the issues and makes repairs at that time. The company is very professional and very responsive. On his most recent visit, he serviced a residential hvac system in preparation for the hot summer. I saw results in the unit’s cooling ability AND my electric bill. I highly recommend E. Walk Services!
