So I had an AC emergency this past Sunday afternoon. Called Hardin and even though they could not come out they recommended another local company to me that could. I just thought it says a lot about a company that even though they wouldn’t get the business they still wanted to make sure we were taking care of. Thanks again guys!
Blake was extremely polite & explained everything he found and what he was going to need to do to make the repair. He even updates you on cost to keep you informed with no surprises. Great Service! I signed up for the maintenance program! Thank you so much for everything!

If you live near Midlothian and you are not using Hardin, you are making bad life choices. Their customer service is far above and beyond anything else I have seen. Their staff are extremely polite and professional. Ms. Wendy is absolutely amazing with getting you scheduled in, and Mr. Tim is a man of his word. This company deserves your business because, above everything else, they will ensure that a job is completed to the best of their ability and they stand by their work. I have been a customer of theirs for over a year and will continue to do so for a very long time. My entire HVAC system needed to be replaced recently, and they took the time to make sure that everything was done to standard and even identified/corrected some issues that the previous home owners had not fixed. Thank you Tim, Wendy, Blake, Austin, Austin#2, and everyone else whose names I can not remember. You all are top-tier performers in your field, and you are an example for other HVAC companies to aspire to be like. Thank you for everything.

After accepting the bid and waiting several days for a response, we had to call them to find out why they have not contacted us and the receptionist was rude asking why we were calling. We said to get our air ducts cleaned and she said they don't do cleaning. We asked, is this Hardin heating and air, she replied, yes it is. Ok so you clean air duct? Any way, after arguing with us over the services we wanted them to do, we cancelled because of the poor customer service the receptionist provided. We will give someone else our money.

10/10 great service, very polite, and very reasonable pricing
I want to give a shout out to Hardin Heating & Air and specifically to Blake. We came home from vacation to a very hot house and our usual guy wasn't available. I had little hope of finding someone to come out late on a Sunday afternoon. Google told me that Hardin was open, so I said a prayer and gave them a call. Blake was here within a couple of hours. I will admit I was skeptical when I first saw how young he was but I soon realized I had nothing to worry about. He not only knew his stuff but he was also very polite. He quoted us worst case scenario and came in well under and our house is already getting cold! He earned a customer for life!
Tim and his team are awesome. Very prompt, and professional service. The price is very fair. I would recommend them to anyone! 5 stars!!!
Hardin has come out twice for me. Once to track down a problem with my fan not working and again to clean out the ducts, replace vent covers and clean the dryer vent. Both times the technicians were polite, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
Austin is AMAZING! Answered all our questions, loved on our furbabies and got us cool again. Will MOST DEFINITELY be using Hardin from now in for any issues.Thanks for quick same day response. Yall ROCK!
Quality professional service. Austin the technician was courteous, conscientious and did a wonderful job. Support staff does excellent job of communication with the customer. We have used Hardin for many years and highly recommend their services.
So just because someone knows about heating and air, they wont send a tech. Says a lot about the company.
Next day service and very reasonable pricing! Hardin is extremely professional and reliable, but most important they’re honest. They’re not going to come out and recommend a bunch of bogus work you do not need. I’d recommend Hardin to my family and I would use them again for sure.
Service was on time, professional. Technicians explained each step, showed videos of cleanig before and after. Displayed excellent knowledge and planning to get the cleaning done efficiently and neatly. They advised ways to adjust vents for more efficient air flow. We will certainly be recommending and calling Hardy Heating and Air for future needs!
I have used Hardin for about a year now, and I absolutely LOVE them!!! Today I came into work and the air was not working. I called and they came right out, Clay is the best technician ever!!! I will always call Hardin for all our AC/Heat needs. Thank you guys for always being there
These folks are the absolute best! Always on time, always give you accurate information, and very personable and friendly. Clay was my technician and advised me what was going on and what they could do for me and also some alternatives that fit my finances I will always be using Hardin Air!!!
