Our AC unit wasn't cooling and we contacted Coomes Air Conditioning (the original installer) to schedule an appointment for the next day. The technician was Abel Mansheim. He was the Lead person for the original install. He assessed the problem right away and got us up and running. Thanks again Abel for your Great Service and Professionalism.

Abel came on time and was very courteous and professional. He inspected my system thoroughly and found nothing wrong. He gave me a few suggestions on how to utilize my system more efficiently which was helpful to me. Great experience, great technician.
Our downstairs unit stopped blowing cool air, and i also work from home My husband called Coomes, and they came out the same day - as promised! Scott Denlinger was so informative and knowledgeable! He reviewed options, helped to fix the issues immediately, and was kind! He definitely deserves a raise! We also signed up for the monthly service, and Scott educated us about our unit and shared things to watch out for. We're so grateful for how fast Coomes Air came out - thanks so much!

As a retired engineer, I'm usually hands on and quite curious about everything mechanical. So I'm always tagging along with anyone doing anything around our house. Scott D. was great. He answered all of my questions about my A/C system and explained in detail what he was checking.
Abel was amazing, finding a hard to find part and being personable and professional for his whole visit. He went above and beyond today getting us back up and running. With my elderly Aunt living with me two nights with no A/C wouldn’t work. Thank you again Abel!

I cannot say enough positive things about Brian and Coomes Air! Our AC went out overnight called in for service this morning and Brian was at our house same day. We couldn’t be happier with our new AC and heating units. Coomes was exceptionally respectful of our home during installation and our home has never felt more comfortable. Their customer service has been excellent. Calls are returned usually within an hour and they come out twice a year to replace high-efficiency filters and service our new units. Have never had a single complaint.
He installed a UV light to kill mold and bacteria as well as keep the fan clean. WE had an excellent visit. I appreciate the technician's helpfulness. He established good rapport with us! He was professional and thorough. We are very satisfied!
My tech was informative, and didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need . Took care of my tune up , and answered all my questions.
