Trustworthy. Outstanding service and immediate response too. They work within your budget, don’t sell cheaply made equipment, upsell unnecessarily, and their warranty is best in the industry. I highly recommend them. Had a full unit replaced last year. That unit has saved me money and now the house is always just the right temp. Update: 2 years later in these record heat waves our new upstairs unit that Summit replaced is still impressive. I’m probably the only house in DFW that has a colder upstairs than downstairs. When it was 101 degrees outside today, I went upstairs to cool off after my walk. 😀 Our old unit downstairs is probably 20 years old

We use Summit Air for our annual checkup and have nothing but great things to say about Logan and his dad who run this local HVAC company here in Midlothian. You can’t put a price on honesty and integrity and they definitely stand behind their service and products they offer. Thanks guys for being awesome!
They always do such an amazing job! Every time we have to call them they either answer or call right back and schedule to come right away to take care of us and always are giving us the best options for our checkbook!

This is the second time to do business with this company and I can’t praise them enough. The first time was summer of 2022. Our a/c was not producing cold air. I called several Other companies and no one was available. This company came on a Sunday, arrived within 30 minutes and repaired the problem. I was told at that time there was a leak of coolant and I chose not to replace the “coil ” at that time. The second one was to replace that very coil. The response time was great, the coil was under manufacture warranty. The cost was less than I thought it would be. It’s possible that last summer the turnaround time to receive it from the manufacturer would have been much longer than the week it took in March 2023. These are professional and very nice people.
The tech's were very thorough, professional, fast, and knowledgeable. I would absolutely use Summit AC again and would recommend this company to anyone who needs AC work or maintenance on their system. Excellent service and professional staff!!!

Barrett was excellent. Very professional, explained what was going on with our system and got it fixed quickly.
You can not put a price tag on integrity. In this case, though, he saved me $8000 on a new HVAC system. I called him out to replace my AC system after he quoted me better than his competitor. Upon arrival, he wanted to confirm it actually needed to be replaced. It did not, he replaced a capacitor in the system and had it back up and running in a short amount of time. Thank you!!!
They’re super great at their work, they do not try to sell you things like most people do. I thought my ac unit was a mess but Summit staff told me that the unit is set at a wrong speed, he adjusted the speed and the home was whole again. Thanks a lot!
When it comes to HVAC trust is the biggest issue for me. Many try to upsale services and replace parts that are ok. Summit replaced the minimum amount of components and got me going in one hour. Excellent service.
