Called them late yesterday because heat stopped working. Christmas eve these guys came early and had the heat fixed in no time. These folks are wonderful! They really care about their customer's comfort. Professional, courteous, friendly, reasonable, and caring. Fernando even came back to vacuum out my furnace closet and brought us plates of real Mexican food!! I can't say enough about these wonderful people!! I'll never use anyone else!!
These guys are the best! Talked me thru a thermostat wiring problem on Saturday. I will most assuredly use them again.

Professional team responded same day and came out to look at our AC units. Immediately ordered parts and installed new units. Installation team arrived on time and communicated with us throughout the entire process. The price was great and the units work perfect. During the hottest weather of June 2022, my house older HVAC system burned out completely. When other companies told me it would be more than a week before they could help me, Elite was immediately responsive with installing a new HVAC system in less than 48 hours. Excellent service, very professional, competitive pricing and a great warranty. Elite will be the only company I use for HVAC service.

Professional work done on my new Nest WiFi thermostat install, Walked me by all the steps i needed help on.
Called because my ac was not working well. Cam out within 24 hours when they said they would. Tested entire system, fan on the outside unit was out. Told me exactly what the issue was, gave me a fair price and said he could have the part next day. I asked if it was something I could repair. The tech gave me an honest rundown of the risk as well as what the job initialed. Amazing service, I will never call a different company for my heating and AC repair. Could not recommend them high enough. I owned a construction company for 8 years, this company does it right.
The technician came by today and he was extremely helpful and professional. He was quick to solve the problem and explained the issue that I had with my A/C unit. His number one priority was to make sure my family and I were comfortable and he was extremely well mannered. He also recommended me the best options at the most benefit for me in the long run. I will highly recommend working with this company and I know I made the right decision by doing so! I can finally sleep well tonight with my A/C working properly and I can't wait for my new A/C unit to be installed. The technician was very courteous, knowledgeable, and diligent and I wish everyone in the service community was like him! Update: I had a new A/C unit installed by Meho and his co-worker. They arrived on time and worked very efficiently to ensure my AC unit was installed professionally. They informed me of the root of the problem and gave me the advice for future maintenance. Meho and his co-worker worked diligently through the A/C installation and were transparent in the process. I would definitely recommend working with this company if you're ever experiencing any A/C related issues.

I called in the morning to schedule service for next day because of my work schedule. They offered to come in late afternoon. Tech was polite, knowledgeable and honest! Air conditioner is fixed and I didn't have to miss work. The price was also very reasonable. AWESOME!!
