I had Arrowhead Heating & Air replace my old swamp cooler and install a new A/C and furnace. He did it for a great price and did a great job. He was willing to answer questions the entire way through and made sure I was happy with the results!
Thanks to the skilled technicians at the AC repair near me service I found, my unit is running better than ever before. I noticed when I got up in the morning, the fan on the outside condenser of my AC unit wasn't moving, while the AC was on. Warm air was coming out of vents. I called the people I had just had to service my AC and they said they weren't open until 8 a.m. I called Arrowhead Heating & Air and immediately talked to the owner and he said he'd come right out this morning. He replaced the fan and even looked at my other AC unit free of charge because I was wondering if the other company even took care of that one. I'm glad I had him check it as the capacitors were in terrible shape. He took care of everything within a very short time. I will recommend this company to everyone. They are awesome!!!!
I have used Arrowhead Heating & Air three times in the last one year and I have been incredibly impressed. All three technicians called to let me know they were on the way, arrived when they said they would, were easy to communicate with and fixed our problems. They were cleanly, masked and respectful of our home. I highly recommend them!
Every step of the process was handled in a professional, courteous, and timely manner. Upon first meeting with Arrowhead specialist; his willingness to explain all the details and answer my needs and concerns were met. He was both knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. I was very impressed with the smooth process of contracting the project and all of the intricacies involved in starting the installation. Amazing.
My AC went out last week and so I called Arrowhead Heating & Air after someone from my neighborhood recommended them. To my surprise, they sent someone out the same day. A very nice technician came out, and I was very pleased with his professionalism and how quickly the problem was resolved. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.
Arrowhead Heating & Air crew came out on a rainy night and put in a whole new system for us. They were fast and did great work. They came back a few days later and made sure the new pad was level since it was installed during the rain. They gave me a lot of good information and answered all my questions as well. Good work, good communication and good price. I'll be using them again.
Tony came and did the survey showed us video of the attic,booked it and 2days later they came and did the job only took an hour,they did a good job, clean and tidy.Very happy with the installation and customer service provided. Once the project was completed, they showed me round & made sure that I was completely satisfied. I Would highly recommend!! thank you again
We contacted this vendor at 10:30 am requesting a service call. They said they would have a service person at our home by 2:30. 2:30 came and went, no one called and no one showed. My husband called and the gentlemen said "well we're down a couple guys and its a holiday weekend, I'm trying to get someone out there." That was the last we heard from anyone. Its now almost 8:30pm and now they won't answer the phone. Unbelievably unprofessional! If you don't have the manpower, say so. We could have found another company 8 hours ago. So much for trying to support small business... this was a total bust.
I have been using Arrowhead Heating & Air for years. They are very reliable, honest and professional. They have always taken care of all of my A/C services and I would highly recommend them.Five stars!
Arrowhead Heating & Air were very professional and they did a perfect job. They took off their shoes and left the house cleaner than they started. The camera pictures of the ducts that were so clean did it for me. Thank you guys would definitely recommend

Great service by Brian. He came right on time was polite,pleasant and worked very hard. He has worked for us on several occasions and each time has been excellent. He explained any problem he found very clearly.Will highly recommend.
Brian was very knowledgeable and was able to answer our numerous questions and concerns. I called Arrowhead Heating & Air with a concern for my heating and cooling systems. After a few answered questions a certified technician was dispatched within an hour. I would highly recommend Arrowhead Heating & Air for all heating and cooling needs.
Woke up on Saturday with no heat. Technician showed up at appointed time at noon. Beat most of the estimates I had been given. Offered parts and labor warranty. Showed up at dawn on Sunday and had me running by noon. It’s now Wednesday and it’s been freezing outside, but my house has never felt more comfortable.
Outstanding services! Arrowhead Heating & Air company has great success in customer satisfaction. They figure out the problem with my heater quickly and fix it. The technicians were pleasant and friendly the whole time. If I ever have trouble again I'll hire them in a second.
