Kelvin was very professional and kept me in the loop the entire time he was fixing my water heater.
Thank you KMP! My moms A/C stopped working on a hot summer day and they were able to get out there and fix it ASAP! Great quality work, and very profesional! 10/10 recommend.
Billy and Micheal are amazing Billy started it off with his great diagnostic and Michael came the next day to finish. he literally was helping me out for hours in the great Texas heat. I had a issue with the a/c unit he was able to locate and go into a very detailed assessment in regards to the unit. Unfortunately I have to replace it or can get it fixed (rather replace)due to cost almost the same. He did everything in his power to get us the right information, best options, and service. KMP definitely have great employees with great customer service skills can't thank these guys enough for what they did.
Don Lily came out. I have used him a few times before. I think he is the best in my opinion. He knew exactly what to do. He is very professional. He had an apprentice with him. He was very polite and friendly. I will continue to ask for him. Thanks Don. Today Henry came out from KMP. He was efficient and very nice. He found the problem. Now everything is flowing great. As usual they did an outstanding job. I used KMP to perform yearly flushing of my Tankless Hot Water Heaters. TJ our technician arrived on time he was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything that the job entailed so that I understood what was being done. He made sure that the area where he was working was clean and put back together the way that he found it. We always receive excellent service from KMP they are our go to for all our plumbing, heating and air repair. Always great service. Carolyn Wilder

My A/C stopped working on a hot Sunday afternoon. I called KMP and Billy and his team really took care of me. Very fair prices AND offered awesome solutions to allergy air quality issues. Great company and awesome staff that does very professional and clean work.
Evan o’ Brian and a couple of assistants removed and installed a new water heater in my attic. They did an excellent job for the installation and a couple of upgrades to the water heater installation. They kept their work area tidy and kept me informed as to their progress. Thanks ver much for a job well done.
Over the last 10-12 yrs I have referred probably a dozen customers to KMP Plumbing. Today they tried to pull a fast one on my 90yr old mother. Quoting $550-$2000 to replace a toilet fill valve and kitchen sink cartridge with all kinds of photos of the toilet tank, kitchen sink, and “membership” fees, etc. You’ve got to be kidding! Something has changed, but not this time. They just lost a customer and I will pass along…no membership required here.
We had Michael out to perform a complete inspection on our HCAC system and evaluate a leak in the attic. He was thorough and professional and even contacted the mitigation company for us so that they could get started on the repair. Michael resolved several issues that we were unaware of from our HVAC install and provided excellent recommendations of maintenance needs for the future. Roberto with plumbing also came out to inspect our plumbing system. He was professional and thorough and provided a detailed summary of all areas inspected. We highly recommended KMP for all of your plumbing and HVAC needs!
