Knowledgeable, reliable, and friendly
I have had John’s Heating/Cooling maintaining and some replacement of units over the past 15 years in two homes I have owned. They are responsive, truthful, perform outstanding repairs and all at a very reasonable cost/fee schedule. I have them on a twice year maintenance program that adds longevity to the life of my HVAC units (each house having three units). Great company!
Our air conditioner condenser fan was overheating and tripping the circuit breaker. JOHN'S HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING sent Ian, a seasoned AC man, to check it out. Ian found that the condenser coils were so dusty that air couldn't move through them freely. After washing the coils, checking the refrigerant level (was fine) and checking amp draw on the motor (also fine) we were handed an invoice for less than $100! John's is now my go-to HVAC company.
I know they helped my neighbor and she’s a single elderly woman. They fixed our ac with no problem. Even though our system isn’t old and is under warranty the install company is impossible to get to do anything. I won’t mention their name. John’s has been very easy to deal with. They are conveniently close to our house and have good service

Came out and serviced two of our AC units. One was blowing warm air, found a small leak and refilled with Freon. It’s working great now!!! Thank you for your quick response and taking care of us.

Very responsive and efficient
I can’t say enough good things about this company! Our older central A/C unit went out in August when we were having a stretch of 100 degree days. We had 3 companies evaluate what we needed and give us a bid. I could not be more pleased that we chose John’s Heating and Air in Mansfield! Btw.. I google “everything“...especially when it’s a costly item. They were very professional, neat, on time and got the job done in a timely manner. I would def recommend them!

If you are looking for an amazing company and service you have found it with John’s Heating and Air. We contacted them with our AC problem and right away they took care of us by sending out someone to fix our problem. AC in Texas in July is important and they were on it. Great company, great employees and great family. Thanks John’s Heating and Air for getting our AC back on track.

John’s Heating And Air gets five stars because I can’t give them ten. They came out the same day and were very honest and fixed my ac within the hour. I would recommend them 110% to anyone. Very honest and dependable company.
John's was recommended to us about 8 years ago and we couldn't be happier. They are honest, won't try to sell you a new air conditioner if you don't need one, and all the techs are very polite and professional. What more could you ask for?
