I felt that since my unit is old but still working great, most of news was bad according to what COULD happen in future, they said could fail in 2 years or in 2 days; needed no freon and unit is cooling fine. Felt like they were there to set me up for new heatpump which could cost $16-17,000. I am praying it last a while longer because I have been good about maintenance.🙏🙏

Country Air is a lifesaver. The A/C drain line became clogged at our Dental practice over the weekend and caused a large leak. It took one call to Country Air and they sent someone immediately when called Monday morning. They were actually recommended from another amazing HVAC specialist that was booked up for the day. When your competitors recommend your company, you must be doing something right. I was so impressed, I set up yearly maintenance at the office and have them coming to my home for yearly service.

I replaced one unit and paid almost $30,000 from that time they have been pressuring me to replace the other unit that is on my home which is less than 10 years old. they’re not interested in fixing anything when I ask them to put Freon in the unit to get it working with the extreme heat we’ve been having they refused they were only interested in replacing the unit they were over $5000 more than the most expensive quote that I’ve gotten. I have been loyal to them purchasing their yearly service but they have not been loyal to me as a customer paying for their yearly contract is supposed to give you priority especially after spending $30,000 and they never showed up on time were several hours late and won’t do anything after hours which is the point of paying the yearly service. I would not recommend using them. They are the most expensive an out of touch, and they won’t stand behind their work.

Technician Zach called me at 6:20 this morning to talk about what our heatpump was having issues with on his way to a afterhours call. I did trouble shooting over the phone with my unit as he was driving and then replaced the part with help of a friend. We had the unit operational by 10:00a.m. and started taking the in house temp from 87 to 73. Our scheduled tech arrived as planned and I explained what happened and what we replaced and he checked the unit to verify we didnt miss another problem and in less than 30mins we had a clean bill of health for our unit. I couldnt have imagined not having AC last night and today waiting on other local companies. Thank you to Country Air for your response time and your techs who really made the day for us! Id recommend them for anyone in Montgomery County !

Country Air is amazing! They were quick and responsive to my call and had someone come out the day I called them. Our AC wasn't blowing cool air anymore and after originally calling someone else out, I wanted a second opinion, so I called Country Air for their great reviews. I'm glad I went with my gut and chose them! I found out I needed a new system and the team from Country Air didn't disappoint! Very professional, quick, prompt and seem to genuinely care for their customers. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable about the products that they sell and explained each one to us thoroughly to help us make the right purchase to fit our needs. I learned more about AC and heating in that meeting than I knew in my whole life. They were able to come out the next day for the install and were even kind enough to lend us window units the night before to help us get through the hot night! Thank you Country Air!

I call country air about my ac unit was freezing up they came out the same day work on my ac unit they found out why it was freezing up and solved the problem they say i needed a new defrost circuit board but they have to order the part but can bypass the circuit board too get ac unit working until the part come's in,The technician did get it working so the technician left.Later I notice it was blowing out hot air.l call back the next day and explain what it was doing,They came back out later that day Shannon the technician and his helper came out and explain to me what was going on with the A/C and really solve all my A /C problem the A/C working good,.Thanks COUNTRY AIR
