We have used Backslee A/C a few times now. They are always friendly and professional from the first call to the service done. They always return your call in a timely manner if you have to leave a message. The service techs never try to sell you anything you don't need and never overcharge for services done. They always show up on time too! We referred them to a friend recently because his a/c company wasn't returning his call. He told us it was the most professional a/c service he has ever had! We simply said, "told you"!! This is a great family owned and operated business. Call them, you won't be disappointed!

They came by at the exact time they said they would be here, they blew out the drainage lines, and that solved the problem. I highly recommend this company to anybody as they have serviced us many times previously, and they have always been honest and trustworthy.

We have gone through other AC companies in the woodlands and by far Backslee is the best, honest, professional and truly has great customer service. Never tries to overcharge you for things you do not need. We are happy our realtor recommended them!
Moved out to Montgomery and have used a few AC repair companies in the area looking for one I could count on. I finally found it with Backslee. Our heat went out and they were able to come out same day, diagnosis the issue and replace the part within hours. Professional and nice. Will use again as needed and recommend. Thank you!

Simply the best. BacksLee Team has worked with us on several items: new AC, heating system repair, minor trouble shooting of the heating system. This team is amazing - professional, on time, very courteous. Very reasonably priced - you get real value for your buck: outstanding service and excellent product (we love our new AC that’s now a couple of years old - smooth running machine!) What prompted me to write a review today is getting a Christmas card from them - so precious! Warm Christmas wishes reflect the goodness of this business - they are as good as it gets! So over the years we have used Backslee AC to maintain our ever aging air conditioner. During this time, they have ALWAYS been honest and upfront about all the work needing to be completed. If you have need of an AC company and live in the Houston area, I would highly recommend them.

Backslee Air Conditioning is a great company. The people are absolutely amazing. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I have used this company several times for various AC/ heat problems and every time they come out they fix the problem. Prior to finding them I had used several other companies and half of the time they wouldn’t know what was wrong or how to fix it. I will never use another company. I 10/10 recommend Backslee!
People you can trust are hard to find and they are definitely trustworthy and provide prompt professional service.
I personally had never used Backslee AC. But when we were selling my MIL's house, and the inspector said he couldn't turn on the AC and the Buyer's HVAC person said there was something wrong with the AC Backslee came and did a thorough inspection and found nothing. I appreciate how they were took into consideration the importance of a timely inspection to do closing, etc. They are awesome and I highly recommend them it is hard to find HONEST and AMAZING people you can trust.
