Two months ago original builders Thermostat failed. Weis responded quickly and resolved the issue by replacing with like thermostat as requested. Very satisfied. Inside original coil failed due to failure of Lenox equipment installed by builder. Weis has now replaced both upstairs and downstairs coil due to same problem. They replaced with RUUD equipment. The first coil changed required no rework. Second replaced is flawlessly replaced. Botha crews showed up on time and were polite, knowledgeable and cleanup was very good post job. Nick Weis runs a great business. Probably the best I’ve seen in many many years. We’ve now signed up for there regular maintenance program. Thank you Tommy F
Called at 8:15 am to schedule service as one of our air conditioners wasn’t running. By 9 am a technician was here. Assessed the problem and fixed it promptly. Thank goodness for Weiss!!!
Great Job to Craft and his teammate. I’m sorry I forgot his name. Very professional and came in and got the job done and now our pups are nice and cool in their room.

The technicians were friendly, courteous, and professional. They didn't even mind my dogs barking their heads off! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing AC services.

Excellent experience with Weiss! My upstairs ac unit stopped working. Weiss was able to schedule me for same day service, which was a blessing in this extreme heat. Greg was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He quickly replaced the part and got my system up and running again. I will definitely use Weiss in the future!

Taking care of my tenants is of upmost importance, and with the help of Weiss AC, I know I don't need to worry when it comes to AC systems. I can't recommend them enough. They took care of an emergency inspection and proposal in record time during a very busy time due to the record temperatures. Right after that, we scheduled the new system installation. We went for emergency mode on a Friday afternoon at 4pm, to happy tenants on a Saturday early evening. And to top that, all of their personnel are attentive, extremely polite, and responsive. What a great company to work with!
After buying our house, we tried to get our AC balanced by the installer as part of warranty but they failed to make any difference and then tried to charge us. We turned to weiss to help us. They came out next day, found some tuning they could do and gave some better advice on how to manage temperature in our house. Great friendly service at a very reasonable price. Thank you!
We’re so appreciative that Weiss worked to get us in so quickly so we didn’t have to spend three-digit days without AC. The technician Craft did a great job and was able to identify and fix the issue. Definitely recommend them.

We returned from vacation to a non working HVAC system and a 80 degree home. Called Weiss to help troubleshoot the problem and they quickly came out to find the problem and fixed the issue on the spot. Super friendly and we will be using their services again in the future!

A/C cut off around 4am. The wife was not having that. Called a couple of places and had made appointments with others. However, Weiss Air arrived first. Ken identified the issue and the price was amazing. Will continue my business with Weiss Air for maintenance and when it hits the fan.
