Five stars from us! They are trustworthy, prompt, reliable, fast/efficient & HONEST! I love how they send you a text w the technician’s photo, name & such. They also call 30 min. before arriving. So friendly & polite techs. So glad we found them.
I received excellent service from technician Louis Martinez. He arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and he explained everything in detail and offered solutions to correct the problems. He answered all of my questions and provided great customer service. I highly recommend Bradbury Brothers.
Updating review. We had service done on our AC units, went out of town and returned home to a flooded house from one of the units running off into a sink that never had a clog before. We just moved into our new home in march and have to demo a large portion of the home now (with two kids, one being 8months old). Bradbury- thank you for your comment below. I have added pictures from the damage. We no longer trusted your recommendations - why we declined to use your plumber

Channing did an excellent job diagnosing the issues we’ve been having with our A/C unit. We’ll definitely be using Bradbury Brothers and hopefully Channing in the future.
We were scheduled for routine service, but some weather came through. Bradbury was very busy so asked us to reschedule the inspection. No problem for us. The technician showed up, introduced himself and gave us a quick summary of what he would do. I'm a nosey guy so pumped him with questions which he answered graciously. The work was done swiftly and professionally. He made some suggestions during the course of the inspection, giving me time to research whether I thought they were needed. Very professional - even to our dog.
Good service on AC units tune up and explaining next steps as well as prioritizing what needs to be done / addressed. Very pleased with the service and outcome.

Our technician, Caleb, showed up on time and was extremely professional. I was impressed that he took the time to analyze the problem(s) with our system, and was more than willing to show me firsthand outside on our compressor exactly what the problem was.

Horrible customer service! I called in for an estimate to replace my hot water heater that went out. I am out of state currently and they refused to give me an estimate without meeting with me. How ridiculous!! The first I have ran into this and last time to call on this company.

Luis, Ignacio, and Justo replaced our old HVAC system with a new Trane system in one day. This also involved new ductwork and vents. They all took the time to clean up and make some last minute adjustments. Also went over the basics before they left. Very professional !

The crew that replaced our unit was great. They worked quickly and efficiently and pushed through the sweltering heat to get our new unit online and functioning.
Mr. Jim came and did an electrical inspection. We are waiting for the estimate of repairs and added work we requested. He was very professional and personable. He tried to make friends with our cat. Devin came and did the requested inspection. He explained everything, answered questions and helped set up next phase. He is profession and kind. Highly recommend him.
Second BB guy to come today. This time for a/c routine maintenance. Again, great dude. Super nice, professional, great eye for detail and has a real knack for explaining things. Found a thing or 2, and was taken care of promptly. He also explained just how involved BB is with military and/or veterans. Kudos to both Shane and BB.
Caleb came out,introduced himself and was very professional from the start. He got started found the issue with the unit and fixed it. He also took time and went over everything he’d done and what also should probably be done soon. All in all he was great and service was as well.
