Serviceman checked my breaker that kept tripping. It wasn’t a bad breaker but a loose connection. He saved me time and money! Very professional!
I tried another place, they wanted me to get a whole new ac unit over 10,000.00 and so I decided to get a second opinion. I'm glad I did. It just needed a new capacitor and was only $200. Thank you Weeks!

Just regular system maintenance today, but as always they notified me when they were on the way to my house which I really like, and Travis got right to work. Very professional and friendly. With these temps nobody wants their A/C to go out! Update 7/3/2023 George and Bryan came by today because I was hearing a “rattle” in the a/c system. They checked off several possibilities in a systematic order and finally discovered it was just the exchange vent/filter that was rattling. Huh! Something so simple! BTW George and Bryan were great. So friendly and professional.

The service technician Chris was very professional and knowledgeable of his job. He was very informative of other maintenance services that are available in maintaining your A/C and HVAC units.

AC capacitor went out late last night and Weeks was the only provider of many that answered the call to come out. Jesus the technician was awesome and had me back up and running very fast. I could not give them a higher recommendation. Use Weeks, they are great!
I had a whole house water re-pipe done about 2 weeks ago. I was not going to write a review but decided it was best to give information to "Weeks" so these issues won't happen on the next job. I do have to say that the job was well done. I had a couple of problems after they finished. That evening I decided to wash some clothes. When the cycle was done I went down stairs to put the clothes in the dryer. I found a bid puddle of soapy water. I checked to see what the problem was and found the drain hose was not put in the drain hole. Lucky that my washer is in my garage. I put the hose in the drain hole and cleaned the water up. The next problem I had was when I went to use my gas oven/stove it would not light or come on. It was dark but I went to gas meter with a flashlight and found the valve was closed on the incoming gas. I opened the valve and waited to see if I could smell any leaks, I could not. So I was able to use the the oven to cook my dinner. The next issue is a pile of insolation was left in my garage. The insolation should have been put back or hauled off if reinstalling was not needed. Other than these things the job was done well and I know things can sometimes be missed. These were only small problems since I was able to fix them. I have been using Weeks for many years and they have done a great job for all my repair/service needs. Darus G.
Had an emergency electrical issue with my house and Weeks was able to work us into their scdeule and made the repair the same day. Electrician was knowledgeable and fix the issue quickly. Thanks Weeks!

Having been jerked around by my warranty company (do NOT use American Home Shield!!), I contacted Weeks for help. Weeks replaced my 20-year old furnace and AC, and I can’t say enough good things about their work ethic and professionalism. I was quoted on Friday, the work started Tuesday - in the middle of a heatwave! They may run a bit higher in price than others, but it’s worth it.
The tech just left. I had them visit to make sure things are ok. They were on time and checked the system. The tech gave advice for filter replacement and informed me the system could use a cleaning. I then asked if he could go ahead and clean the system and was told it would be too expensive because he had to charge me hourly, however, if I bought a service plan, I could call the office and schedule a cleaning. I scheduled an appointment for today, the tech is in my home, tells me he cannot do the cleaning and that I can pay the service fee today for the visit, then another 220 dollars for a service plan, then call HQ and have another visit from another tech and schedule time off work again. This is poor customer service and I now can't help but wonder what if anything was done to my system. Will not be using them again.
My AC failed last week and I called Weeks company for emergency visit. Supposedly they can come within 10 hours, but didn't but the next emergency appointment they gave me was 5 days later. After buying the part from them for $500 and waiting for several hours for them to show up, they told me first that the technician had a flat tire. Then when the technician finally called he said he was not coming because we bought the part ourselves, even though the part was purchased from their own store few days before. Cannot return the part and they won't come for service. This is the worst company. They lie and waste your time and money. Will not use them ever again.
Travis was an amazing tech! Not only was I able to get next day service, but they were able to bump up my scheduled time. I've only used Weeks twice, but I've been super pleased with both visits.
While he was later then the time window I was told he was running late so that was fine. When he arrived he was quick and efficient. He was very pleasant and got the cold air flowing!

They came out and gave me a very reasonable quote on replacing the tankless water heater in my attic. Giving them the job, based on their service record, public reviews & ratings, was pretty much a "no brainer". They did have to go about 80+ miles to get a suitable replacement unit, but they were at my door with it the next morning shortly before 8am and before noon I had hot water again! The gentlemen Weeks sent to my home were very personable, conscientious, and professional; and they took the time to put down runners so as not to damage my flooring which I thought was a thoughtful touch. Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to call on them again.
We have used Weeks for several years and have never had a bad experience. From A/C repairs and regular maintenance to installing chandeliers on 21’ high ceilings the guys have always been professional and informative. The booking staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Qualities we value when choosing when looking for any company to work with.
Blake came out to do our summer service call and he went above and beyond to let me know that the ac cord that led into the breaker box was loose. He was on-time, polite and very professional!
