Great company to work with. Salesperson made first impression, very professional, knowledgeable and very responsive to all my questions. Also competitive pricing and scheduling made this choice a no brainer over other local company's I had quote job. James and his team were courteous, well trained, worked efficient and neat. They explained their plan of work and took my recommendations of system placement into consideration.
Ready Heating and Cooling are the best! They are very professional and on time and considerate of homeowners property, they take the time to explain what they are doing and why very friendly and business-oriented Company true customer service if I could give them 10 Stars I would. They do not work off commission so they're not trying to sell you something that you don't need that is oversized for your home give them a call you won't be disappointed.
The customer service was excellent by everyone I spoke to and worked with. They were very punctual and their work was spectacular!!! I would highly recommend using Ready Heating and Cooling for their quality of work, an all around great local company!!
We couldn't have had better service from a heating and cooling business! Technicians were very prompt, professional, and their pricing was the best around. They came out on a Sunday afternoon, with no additional costs, to make sure we would be comfortable as soon as possible. Always reassuring when you find an honest, trustworthy business run by awesome people!!!
Very professional and courteous! The crew arrived as promised and did an excellent job with keeping me informed with the progress and condition of my air duct cleaning. Our offices home smell awesome. I would definitely use Ready Heating and Cooling again in the future and recommend them to others.
Very delighted with the service and the personnel that provide our HVAC service. They call every six months, offer competitive pricing, call when they are about 20 minutes out and put on their booties before entering the house, All questions are answered and I am confident the units are in good hands.
James worked on my AC and went beyond to find the problem. He was courteous and professional. Ready Heating and Cooling always has great service and I also appreciate that the technicians wear booties to keep from tracking dirt in.I highly recommend.
Wish I could give more stars. Our technician took the time to explain the problems related to our aging system as well as options for repairing it, patiently answered all of my questions. I was really impressed. Highly recommended.
James (a Ready Heating and Cooling’s technician) came to our house for 60 minutes after I called. He was refined, meticulous and respectful. He took the time to teach my soulmate and I some tricks to keep everything functioning well, showed us the problem, and clarified precisely what he was fixing and how. Incredible customer service!!
Unprecedented Service! Arrived on time, finished the work as specified, and the specialist was very polished and diplomatic. Based on this very positive experience, I signed up for the Ready Heating and Cooling annual maintenance program. From now on I will only use them for all my HVAC needs!!!
We called Ready Heating and Cooling after we realized that it had a problem inside. James came out and he was so impressing with his knowledge and experience. He calibrated our furnace and asked us to use a different type of air filter. Now the furnace runs well and we finally got the room temperature we wanted. James came out explained to me why my air conditioner wasn't keeping up with the temperature in the house . He cleaned the outside unit added necessary coolant and waited until it started cooling . Now its so cool in my house. Thanks Jame and Ready Heating and Cooling for excellent service.
These guys are great! I called them because my furnace was not working properly. Jennifer, the lady who took my call was very accommodating and James, the tech was extremely professional and friendly! He arrived on time and explained everything to me. He had the parts on hand and made sure my heat was back before they left. Thanks guys! I would highly recommend their services.
