I was installing a split ac and needed a charge line adapter and they have them in stock
I called 15 minutes before closing and the person answering the phone was not concerned with my business. He told me over the phone if I got there after they were closed, that I could purchase the part I was needing from next door. I gave my business to the folks next door and they had the part I was seeking. I'm giving 2*, one for answering the phone and the other for advising me to purchase next door.
