Submitted plans and am unable to get anyone to even contact me back. Called multiple times, sent emails, and gave time between for response. Would not recommend for commercial.
A bad install led to mold in my house. They pretended it didn't exist until it got too bad to ignore, then they want me to pay for the repair cost. Stay away!
Had my complete HVAC installed. From start to finish they were friendly, professional, up front and extremely dedicated and hardworking. They did a very thorough job. I would highly recommend this company any day. They did an amazing job. I have used other companies in the past for AC needs but now that I have used this company I will be sticking with them. Super happy and pleased from day 1 of the initial quote to the installation and completion.
My AC unit went out a couple of days ago. My coworker referred me to Doctor Cool saying he had an amazing experience with them so I asked to get a bid. With this heat wave, I was super thankful someone was able to come out in only a matter of hours to give a second opinion on if the unit was repairable (something he didn't have to do) and provide an estimate on a new system. Brandon B. was very professional, kind and genuinely wanted to walk me through the replacement process for HVAC. I would definitely recommend this company to others in need of HVAC services.
I call this company they came to my house , instead to tried fix my A/C he tried to sell it. and he said he can working on it unless he change my thermostat which mine was new and after he did which I told him mine is new and I don't needed, anyhow they charge me for over 300 for nothing and than i call another company they came and they told me is nothing wrong with my drainage or my AC and plumbing which he told me i have that problem. new company fix my AC for nothing. we were dying to this heat and thanks to him. you guys fake and scammer. I don't recommend you guys to anyone and i already told everybody about you guys. you guys awful . having animals and kids at home and you left us for 4 day to this heat. Thanks for nothing
The lady who answers the phone got the two stars. The technician that came out sakis m was very rude and belittling to me. I asked for new air ducts and to cover the line that comes in from the outside. His invoice was that plus clean debree in attic/ installation put in and a new unit . My invoice was over 26 thousand dollars. I know prices are higher but please treat your customers with respect and listen to what they want not what you can sell them.
The technician that visited my home for routine system check ups was by far one of my best experiences with any repair technician. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. This man not only helped to ensure my system will run well throughout the summer but spent time with me personally to show me what I can do to increase proficiency in my system. I would 100% recommend.
Technician Kyle Baker came to address a warranty issue on my mini-split system. It was late in the day, he had previous calls run long, and still had a call after mine. Kyle had an excellent attitude despite the long day, was very communicative, and walked down the repair with me to ensure I understood it was complete and correct. I highly recommend Doctor Cool Professor Heat to anyone and if you get Kyle, all the better!
The entire team at Dr Cool & Professor Heat were amazing. Sakis, the engineering tech surveyed our existing system thoroughly and listened to my concerns. He calculated the heat load on our house after getting our input on what our comfort temp was and took into account our building's structure, insulation level, and windows type. He give us a quote on a new AC/ Heating system with an innovative solution to address my concerns about cooling/heating our East/West facing 3 story town home quietly and evenly; and explained everything that they would do, how long it would take and what to expect. None of the other companies that I got bids from wanted to do anything beyond just replacing my system with another one just like it (only 20 years newer). The installation crew (Paul, Joseph & Michael) did a great job -they even left my attic more organized than they found it! They were careful to clean up each day before they left and coordinated taking out the old system and putting in the new one with just a few hours without AC. They balanced the flow to the 3 stories by adding additional registers / vents and air returns. When they were finished, we had an issue with the thermostat not controlling the temperature very tightly. Brandon, the service manager came out promptly and took care of that problem. When they were all done, we had a system that is so quiet and efficient , I have to go outside and look at the fan to see if it's running!
Everyone was so wonderful during this quite frustrating time. Very professional, kind, explained everything wonderfully, and to where we all understood!! Not to mention the job got done within a week and we had tons and tons of work to be done but they worked very hard and diligently to get everything up and running with no issues!!!! I would refer them to anyone considering the amazing service we received!!

The technician was extremely nice, professional, and I believe thorough. He presented me with all my options. Unfortunately, the quote was more than I could afford but otherwise, I have no issues with this business and I have used them before. Their work seems to be high quality and their response time is excellent, if you are not too fussy about the price point, and what you are going for is prompt, professional, reliable service then this is the company for you.
Doctor Cool is the best and only dealer to call. They only hire the best employees and everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. They truly are concerned about the customer and do craftsmanship work. They replaced all of our ductwork, plenum and added a UV light to keep it clean in the future. How refreshing our home is now. We all breathe so much better. In this day and age, it is so refreshing to have someone you can trust to solve your problems and do it so well. Thank you, to all the DC team that took care of us and will continue to be the only HVAC company we will call.
I have finally found my HVAC service needs!! I have tried soooo many and found Doctor Cool & Professor Heat to be the most reliable, honest and professional. Their prices are comparable to other, but love not having to worry about if I'm going to be cheated out of my money. It's like speaking with a good friend.

My technician, Randy, was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Went over everything with me, and very respectful. Highly recommend signing up for the Cool Plan to stay on top of yearly maintenance.
Dr. Cool came promptly (COOL club members) and removed a plug in the condensate line from a new AC system installed last month (no charge). We have been very happy with our maintenance program and any requests related to an issue.
They were very professional and once they did get to my home they were thorough and efficient.
Update April 2023: The owner listened to my concerns and was able to remove some of the worries I had moving forward. I do appreciate the help and to make things right for the customer. New hvac system installed. ***Updated: I changed it from 1 to 3. The issues of the humidity were addressed. Also the thermostat was fitted to operate better with our new HVAC system. There is an inspection coming up next week and I will update the review again after that. Still no call from the owner though. Second UPDATE: changed back to a 1. I am still awaiting the call and follow up from the store owner. Also, I’d like to add that while the inspection took place, someone from the office called to speak with the inspector. She immediately asked that she be taken off speaker phone so that she could talk about me without being heard. Unprofessional. What a mess this whole situation is and I regret doing business here. Update 3: owner contacted me today. He was actually very patient and listened to my experience. He made a decision to get back to me in a few days and try to make some things right. This was the first interaction that was positive, but it did make me feel better. Upgraded from 1 to 3 stars. Will follow up again.
