We originally had Bob's replace a whole unit 10yrs ago. They were top notch from this point on . Fast forward to Father's day Sunday may 18th 2023 our ac stopped cooling. All the things led to maybe coolant low. They were so booked we made the mistake of calling WEEKS. They showed up 7hrs in and all the rep wanted to do was REPLACE A NEW System bc he saw the age. He charged us 189 to do nothing and said he wouldn't take payment until we agreed to set up next day with a supervisor to do so. We paid Weeks ect..but called Bobs first thing Monday morning. They showed up and in 10 minutes had us back up and running. Our contact wires had burnt...24hrs later a TRUE rep from BOBS saw it fixed it and we are back in the cool situation. We love BOB'S They are Honest, Fair and can be TRUSTED.... I have posted on all social media and will continue to support and refer them...MUCHLOVE
Thanks so much for coming out today (Saturday)...Danny ( my service tech) was so nice and very professional...he told me everything he was doing, took pics and answered all of my questions..he was honest and was at my house by 1 1/2 hours after I placed the service call..my house is now cool and I am very happy with the entire encounter....please call them for a/c needs...I am an extremely happy customer...thanks again for solving and fixing my a/c problem...
Bob A/C and heating is simply the best !!!!Honest in this day and age as well as kind and experienced is hard to come by
We've been using Bob's for several years now, Dalton & Ned just finished fixing the A/C. Excellent work and fast.
Dalton did a great job running a new wire from the attic unit to the outside unit.
Most honest out of the 2 other company's we had come out to trouble shoot. We will continue to use.
Myself and family have used Bob's for A.C. service since the late '70's. Called for an electrical issue. Lance came out, fixed the problem. He was very efficient and easy to talk to. Definitely use Bob's again. Price was very reasonable.

Bob’s is the best! When our A/C went out, I called Bob’s based on a co-worker’s recommendation. I’m so glad I did! A technician was at my house 30 minutes after I called and he quickly identified the problem. He showed me the problem and presented my options. Since our condenser was quite old, we opted to replace the unit. The install technicians showed up in a couple of hours and got us all set up! If you want fast, professional service at a reasonable price, I definitely recommend these guys.
These guys are great. I had an AC go out at my store at 3pm on a Friday afternoon. I called them up and they had a tech at my store in an hour. I’ve been working with them for years … 2 units at home and 5 at my store. They are some great folks!!!!
Bob's AC is great! AC went out and technician was here in 15 minutes. Chris was professional and friendly and had it fixed fast.
These guys really know what they're doing! I contacted several big generator supercenters, and then contacted Bob's Heating and AC because of the good comments I've heard about then. The big generator supercenters knew zero about the permit requirements for my Locality, but Bob's A/C was on top of it. Also, their price was very competitive when compared other "professional" installations. And when they did the work, they hit it hard and did it quickly and correctly.
At the request of potential buyers of my property, Bob’s was called to inspect my AC. The tech told me “there’s not really much wrong with your system, probably less than $1000”. They then proceeded to quote the buyers over $10k to replace HVAC.
Best service in area quick and reliable friendly and affordable. My go to for ac issues.
Let them replace the things, and their service is outstanding! They did some major electrical and HVAC at my home. I've had to call them back out for minor repairs. They're fast, easy to work with, and go the extra 17 miles to service my equipment.:-) I am happy to be a customer, and while I love having yall here, I hope we don't meet often .

This did a fantastic job installing our whole home transfer interlock for our backup generator
600 to replace my refrigerant. The quote to replace my evaporator coil was also extremely over priced.
Really nice service crew. They had issues removing a part. 30 min job is turning into a 3 day job. Still not complete. Hopefully it will be done today. Update: the technician called in sick. Now stuck till Monday. Hopefully it's not Covid he didn't wear a mask in my house. They still have half the money.
Great guy checked out everything found 2 problems was able to fix both...not cheap, but has to be done to help extend life of my sysyem. Little trouble with scheduling on wrong day, but it was quickly fixed. Best AC company I've used in years!
