Professional scheduling process at main number. Had the tech come out to my unit for regular A/C maintenance. He checked the capacitors, amp draw at condensor, refrigerant level, etc and discovered a good amount of dirt in the bottom 20% of the coils while hosing down the unit. I received useful info on my unit age and roughly what the expected remaining life might be under ideal conditions. Very satisfied with this company and would recommend them to anyone who needs A/C servicing or maintenance.
We have used air vantage for ac work on numerous homes. John is super responsive, very knowledgeable and extremely efficient in troubleshooting the hvac issues. His crew showed up promptly, on time and completed the evaporator coil in under 3 hours, start to finish. Highly recommend this company.
AirVantage is the only company that I use for my tune-ups and HVAC repairs and installs. I've tried most of the other companies in the area and ended up with call-backs which usually ended up with 2X--TWICE the $$ and MAJOR frustration. This is no longer the case. At best some of the other so called HVAC folks were just (parts changers).
Airvantage did an outstanding job installing my new HVAC system including all new ducts. The install team was professional efficient and skilled. They arrived on time and completed the job when they said they would. They also cleaned up the job site and trained on the new thermostat before leaving. Highly recommend and happy to provide a reference.
I have used AirVantage at my home for several years. As a home inspector I referred them to my clients needing any HVAC repairs/maintenance. They don't just put freon in your system and move on, they are knowledgeable, thorough and proactive. You can trust that your system(s) will be in good hands with AirVantage.

Updated - since Google won't let me leave another review, have to revised to add a note for my most recent experience. AirVantage has been our HVAC company since we moved here 9 years ago, and replaced our AC and parts when Hurricane Harvey flooded it, but this past week had to work on the 30 year old heater. They had some issues and had to order parts and come back, but treated my home as their own, were of utmost respect and went above and beyond. So I appreciate this fellow small biz owner for all of the work. Great AC Company! I have used AirVantage several times over the last few years with my home warranty when I moved to Tx. Our home is old and thus the appliances are as well. John and his team have been honest and fair from the beginning. The knowledge of the folks at AirVantage is wonderful and it's great to use another local business for my Dickinson AC home needs. Thanks AirVantage for keeping us cool when our AC doesn't want to!
Airvantage is the best A/C, Heating repair companies that I have ever dealt with in all my years as a home owner. I originally met John, the owner, when I lived in League City, and he serviced my air conditioning and heating needs for the years I lived there at such reasonable costs!! When I saw that he serviced Pearland where I recently moved, I was very excited to have him come and perform an annual maintenance on my two year old system and will continue to have him service whatever needs that will arise with my systems. His professionalism and his friendly customer service is commendable. You won't be disappointed using his company for your A/C, Heating repairs!! This is a new posting for 8/13/2019 Today, I was in desperate need for A/C repair service. contacted John with Airvantage, and by 3 pm he had a technician, Mike, there repairing my system!! The professional service and knowledgeable personnel is what gives this company a 5 star rating. Your company will be the only one I will use for all my air/heating needs!! I am sincerely appreciative of John and his staff for being able to work me into their busy schedules to get my A/C up and running again!!
Air Vantage has done repairs - saving the life of my AC. John came out and actually built a needed part for my fan so I did not have to wait on a part to come it - as we all know the delay on parts now days. My AC has worked perfectly ever since. AirVantage is an HONEST company that will not over charge you, will be dependable, knowledgeable, and has excellent work ethic. I have recommended Air Vantage to many of my friends and neighbors.

My compacitator failed in the heat of the day on none other than a Saturday! Not having any referrals or recommendations on hand, I google searched A/C repair and preceeded to go down the list knowing it was going to be tough to find someone to repair it quick! They were my 4th call and not only did they say they could get someone to my house that day, they dispatched Techician Mike and he was to my house in less than 30 minutes. He got the part changed, fixed my problem that possibly caused my capacitor to fail and was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and respectful! He was also able to quote me for a couple different systems since he was here. My A/C issue started around 2:30PM and it was repaired by 4PM! Fast, easy, and straightforward! A dream come true! I look forward to doing business with this company in the future and I'm so thankful you were there for my family on a hot Texas day!
Arrived on time as promised. Very customer friendly. Clear and concise of the work to be performed. Fair pricing and seemed to be very knowledgeable with HVAC systems. I will be hiring John and his team for annual inspections as a result. I couldn’t ask for anything better.

John with Air Vantage is absolutely the best!!! Anytime I see someone asking for AC and heating service I send them his information. I have truly never seen an air conditioned company care so much for the community and for his clients. I personally had several emergencies and John was right there and took care of them...

AirVantage cooling and heating put in my American Standard Wi-Fi thermostat and I just love it. Now I can control my air conditioning from anywhere and I can cool my house down before I get home. I use AirVantage for all my air conditioning needs.
