I called Monday morning about ac unit not working and they sent a technician out the same day. They fixed the same day with no issues. The technician explained everything to me and made the process easy. I would recommend to my family and friends.
This is a great operation. My heater wasn't working. I called Tempo Heating and Cooling Service and a service technician was dispatched immediately. Within an hour, Zane showed up. He was friendly and professional. He took the time to explain very clearly what was wrong and what’s my options were I’ve used them in the past and will continue to do so. I highly recommend them to anyone else.
We have been using Tempo Heating and Cooling Service for years to both install and maintain our AC unit and have been very happy with their service! They always respond and arrive promptly when called. The service men are friendly and they get the job done quickly. There are few companies nowadays that provide the courteous service and professionalism of Tempo. I would recommend Tempo to anyone.
My mom greatly appreciate Matt's service. She contacted him because the control valve of our furnace was not closing properly causing a gas leak. He was able to come on the same day and was very helpful and proactive in looking for ways to help us save money. Matt was very professional, patient and knowledgeable and we would definitely recommend him and his company to anyone.

Had an Air Scrubber installed in my attic system. The day was scheduled and Matt called and let us know he was arriving shortly and was on time for work. He was extremely detailed and answered all of our questions and concerns about this equipment. Another job completed by a great company!!
We just had our annual AC system checkup. Our technician was Matt who also performed the furnace checkup last month. As always he was efficient, courteous and very friendly. It's always a pleasure to interact with a service person who makes you feel like they appreciate your business unlike some businesses in this area who act like they are doing you a big favor just showing up at your house.
