Had an emergency with this A/C, my guy highly recommended Mr. David who came, diagnosed, resolved and serviced my unit all while the rain was sweeping through. My take-away was I felt I could trust his judgement. Thankfully, he can be my go to A/C guy now...til next year, please Jesus!

AMAZING - PROFESSIONAL - AFFORDABLE
An unexpected AC issue led to an awesome encounter with Brenard David. I had called close to 6:30 in the morning on a Saturday, and had the chance of speaking with other members of the team (Both of whom were great!). Mr. David was at our house within a few hours and was able to service our unit (we needed a replacement for our capacitor) and identify the secondary issue as with our Nest Thermostat. He provided an alternative for our unit to blow cold air until we were able to replace our thermostat. After installing a new thermostat, we have been enjoying the cool air! I highly recommend Mr. David and his team - not only was he clear in explaining the issue and resolving it, but he genuinely made the interaction feel like we were old family friends. I look forward to working with this team again the next time we're in need!

I am so happy that we still have companies in the business like this one! Kudos to you, David's Service! I commend you on your great customer service, knowledge, and patience (for us that know nothing about HVAC). And most of all your honesty. You did a service call on my very old systems and told me what I knew to be true AND had been procrastinating on taking care of. After explaining what needed to be done as well as the cost and timeframe it would take to have done....you came back within the week to provide me with a new furnace and ac unit! Oh did I mention the intake duct that was recommended so that my ac unit wouldn't have to work so hard this summer! 😀 Mr. David said he would arrive by 7a and yes, he was there probably around 655a! Ready to work. I am thoroughly pleased with the outcome and would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

There was an issue with my HVAC system. Before calling David Services I had 4 quotes ranging from $12 to $20 thousand. Those quotes bothered me because neither of them had tools?!??%. I called David Services he came within the hour with tools found the issue immediately. I just want to thank you for total honesty and the patience in finding the issue. David Services installed a new unit for me. I was surprised that they were able to perform the service the same day I called. The receptionist was very courteous and polite. The technician, Lance, was very courteous and polite. He advised of an issue that I was not aware of and showed me how to make the correction. He advised what was wrong with my unit, went to get the replacement unit, and came back to perform the install. I recommended David Services to my neighbor, while I was being serviced. If you have any heating, ventilation, or air conditioning issues, I highly recommend that you contact David Services.

My heater stopped working on a Friday. I called and in the same day my heater was diagnosed and repaired. The office communicated with me efficiently and Bernard was timely, kind and professional. David Services was awesome!
Mr. David and his team were parked outside minutes before the scheduled start time. They were respectful of our home covering all floors and carpets they would walk on. They worked efficiently removing an old HVAC system and replacing it. Mr David personally explained what we should except in our new system and provided on the spot training to operate the new thermostat and use of the online APP. We truly appreciated his professionalism, honesty, quality of work and reasonable prices. I highly recommend The David team for your HVAC needs.
