After countless less than stellar experiences with other HVAC contractors, I've finally found my guy. Luis is top notch. These units are a labyrinth of potential issues but he proved that he can diagnose, assess and solve better than any other HVAC guy I've ever engaged. And a homeowner loves a pro-active communicator when it comes to the issues, his arrival times, etc. and Luis places a premium on doing that. Prices very competitive too. My experience convinced me that he's a contractor that you can fully trust.
