It was an excellent experience working with every member of Garner since the day we called to help us with our AC problem. They were able to give us an appointment very soon which was wonderful since our AC broke during the week when temperatures were more than 105. Omar and Ryan were very professional, polite and empathetic about our issue and took their time to diagnose the problem. We opted to replace our AC which was 16 years old and has been given problems in the past three years. We had gotten help from other AC companies in the past but none were as great as Garner. Max came to measure our house to provide us with the best options. Very impressive the way Garner writes estimates with three options to consider. I got other quotes from other companies with ratings 4.9 or above and none were as detailed as Garner's quotes. The prices were very comparable but the professionalism and the people skills of everyone who helped us from Garner helped us decide to choose them. The big plus was that they were able to replace the AC within 2 days after we made the decision. The installation was excellent. Jason, Angle, and Isaiah arrived on time at 6AM as promised. They were polite, friendly, great communicators explaining the process. I have a feeling that Garner takes their time to choose great people to work for them considering that 6 of their employees have excellent technical skills and personal skills. You are all awesome people and we appreciate you greatly!

When he showed up I he showed me my condenser and walked me though everything they're was to know about it, and shared lots of tips about keeping it running better and longer and even how to replace a couple of things myself if need be. I got this fear of electrify, and one thing I needed was a fuse for the breaker box replaced. He said he could go and come back with it but told me how simple it was, to save me money, and even wrote steps for me to do it on a piece of paper and slapped it to the fuse box for me! Like honestly the level of kindness this dude had and showed me really did give me a sense of good people are out there. So I didn't get to tell him thanks because he had left before I got back. But in case you read this.. thank you Matt.

I can’t express how pleased I am with the entire experience. The old AC for our home, which has been struggling, gave out and was not cost effective to repair. I called multiple companies and Garner showed up that same morning. Max from Garner was awesome. We discussed what I was looking for as far as price point and performance. He then evaluated what i had and what would be needed to get me where I wanted to be. He found many things from my original installation for the house that were sub par. The original air handler support, drains, pan and plenum were installed in a way that could be problematic and were. Then he let me know based on calculating what size unit was needed by measuring all the rooms in the house, my unit was undersized. I went with Garner because of how confident I was with the company based on everything Max had explained. My AC install was scheduled and happened today. Flawless! The guys showed up early this morning and explained everything they would be doing and then got down to business. Four hours later the new unit was installed, on and they were wrapping up and doing final checks. The new system is incredible both in how it looks and performs. Thank you Garner. It’s not the brand AC you choose that’s most important for a new AC system, it’s the quality of the system installation. Go with Garner.

The items needed were in my opinion marked up too high. I realize the company has a make a profit, prices are too high.

Called Garner because our AC went out on a Friday night. They came out on Saturday and looked at it. Came back Monday and and discovered it needed a part. Service person was great. Part took till Friday so we were without AC for a week. Would have given it a 5 star if part had been a bit quicker. But the service was awesome!!

Our A/C went out on us Today :-( So I looked around for someone to come out ASAP. So I hit Google and found Garner which had impeccable reviews so I scheduled an appointment. Next day was all that was available. No worries as they appeared to be extremely busy so I gratefully took the appt, I was just glad that they were able to fit me in for next day service Yay! Got a call a couple of hours later, they told me that they were on the way. Wow! same day service! Matt came out...he was very personable and professional, he explained what was going on so even I could understand (Thanks Matt). He was able to complete the work quickly and we are cooling down again. :-) Were happy to have called on Garner for help. Garner you are a blessing...Thanks :-)
