AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, CARING, PRICED JUST RIGHT !!! My air conditioner went out at 4pm at the beginning of a holiday weekend. Not only did Joe answer the phone when I called but was at my house in 1 1/2 hours. He repaired my AC unit and even helped me understand how to keep it in good maintenance. And to top it off, he even called and followed up with me 2 days later to make sure everything was still properly working. I would highly recommend Dragon Heating and Air. This is the type of company that you can trust and a company with a high level of integrity. Stop looking for another Heating and AC company. Dragon Heating and AC is everything you could ever dream of.
I can not say enough good things about Dragon Heating and Cooling. When my condenser stoped working a neighbor recommended I call them. They came within an hour and had all the parts to repair my equipment on the spot. I can not emphasize how thankful I am. On a 100 degree day, I would not recommend anyone else.
My thermostat was off and i checked my breakers but everything was good. Remembered Joe fixed my unit condenser 4 years back and i called him . Even though he was busy with other appointments he was able to guide me through some checks and figured out my flow switch was at fault. Super happy that he fixed it for me over the phone and offered me few more checks to make sure i don't have similar problems in future. I would 100% recommend Joe for any kind of AC services. He is the best.
I have used a bunch of AC companies over the years. But Dragon AC is the best I have ever used! Extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Seriously over and above expectations. I will only use Dragon from now on!
Outstanding experience. Our air conditioner went out with temperatures >110 degrees, and they made it a priority to come out. They were quick to identify the problem, and just as quick to get us up and running. Thanks!!

Exceptional service, a pleasure to deal with, had an emergency air conditioner call they came out quickly same day, outstanding prices, they are definitely NOT TRYING to rip you off, very honest and knowledgeable, found my permanent hvac company..bonus they also do electrical work and plumbing Thanks y'all

Thank you Joe and Dragon Heating & Air for helping us beat the Texas heat! At 7PM on a hot Texas summer night, our A/C unit completely shut down and our house temperature quickly climbed to 80+ degrees. I frantically called Joe who, despite his fully booked back-to-back schedule, helped me diagnose the issue and patiently gave me detailed instructions for a temporary stop-gap solution over the phone. To go above and beyond, Joe came after hours on the same night to fix the issue and ensure we had A/C throughout the night. He also educated me on the particularities of how the builders installed my HVAC system and how to properly maintain the system to improve energy efficiency, reduce the number of issues, and lower costs. There are some service experiences that you simply won't forget and this is one of them. Dragon is a family-owned business and you can tell that they take personal pride in their reputation and the customer experience that they deliver. I'm blown away by the level of service provided by Dragon and will certainly be a loyal customer moving forward.
When out unit stopped cooling, I checked with neighbors to get a service company recommendation and I’m glad they pointed me to Dragon. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and were able to get our system back up and running the same day!
Joe was so helpful! I had a weekend emergency issue with my HVAC and he came directly over and located an issue that two HVAC guys before him couldn't pinpoint. I am still learning how to be a homeowner, and I always appreciate it when someone can break down home mechanics in a direct, digestable way for me. Joe is fabulous and I'll definitely be working with him for HVAC concerns in the future!
Joe and his crew came out quickly, found and fixed the problem and then stayed to give my family important AC information! Not only is our AC working now, but I feel more prepared as a home owner to take care of our system. 10/10 recommend this company, great people and a great job!
I normally use ABC for the servicing of my HVAC system but the last two times they were out I was being pushed pretty hard to spend $5k to replace the compressor. Going into summer I wanted to have a second opinion from someone before I committed to spending the money to replace the compressor. I sent in a service request at like 4:30 on a Friday and Joe called me within like 20 mins and was able to come out the very next day (today, Saturday the 10th.) He let me shadow him while he checked out the system and talked through all of his tests and what he was checking for. After running some tests he noticed I was lower on Freon and added some to the system. We went back into the house and the air was now coming out of the system sub 60 degrees and working in a way he was happy with and wanted to get the system too. THIS IS HOW A BUSINESS SHOULD BE RUN. He could have easily sold me on a new unit like ABC was trying to do but for a $400 repair he gained a customer for life. Dragon Heating & Air is a phenomenal company and you would be crazy to call anyone but them. Joe is thorough and non-pushy with how he runs his company and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
Dragon AC is a very professional yet personable company that has been taking care of our AC needs for years. We are grateful for their help in making AC work so easy to schedule and get done. Highly recommended!
Joe at Dragon was AWESOME. My kid was graduating, my husband got covid, my other kid got sick, my dog rolled in something dead, AND THEN OUR A/C WENT OUT. We have a home warranty who put us on the list for their provider, who never called and never showed up. 24 hours into sweating and swearing, I canceled the home warranty call and called Dragon, based on multiple neighbors' recommendations. They were here within 3 hours (on a Friday!) and had us up and running before dinner. Friendly, efficient, professional, reasonably priced, knowledgeable, upfront about costs, and more than anything, told me that I did *not* have to replace my entire unit right now and that we could squeeze some more life out of it, which I really appreciated. In the middle of this mess, being told that I didn't have to spend $10k today was the greatest win! They were able to get it all taken care of without even coming inside so that my sick family didn't expose them to anything AND so my sick family could have a/c again! I called them to talk about cooling my garage and also to check on some airflow issues on my second story bedrooms. Joe came out and was extremely thorough, friendly, and honest. He quickly identified the issues and offered solutions that weren’t going to break the bank. He was very patient with me answering all my questions I had which I appreciated! I cannot speak highly enough of Joe and the team at Dragon Heating and Air! Their service has been spectacle since our initial install over 3 years ago. They are always responsive and have helped us maintain our system with follow up visits whenever it is needed.
