Arrived in the specified time and did a good job.
It’s always good to work with Original Kingwood A/C. We have had them service our A/C systems for almost 5 years. They are always prompt and courteous when providing services to our home and a supply a team of highly trained and skilled individuals. Santiago provided first class professional service and was extremely proficient. Good job guys!
I always request Ralph as I know his experience and tells me exactly what he is doing and why. Always on time and has never been late for an appointment. I also have my annual maintenance agreement with Kingwood A/C.
KW Heating & Air is the only company we have ever used during our 30 yrs in Kingwood. Ralph is great! The yearly service agreement ensures that my air & heat are always running up to top notch when needed the most.

The tech would have been in time except for vehicle challenges. The office called ahead of time to let me know about the 30-minute delay. The tech arrived on time for the revised appointment. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. So thankful we switched to The Original Kingwood Air Conditioning & Heating.

The Service tech was on-time, courteous and completed routine maintenance on our A/C units. We use Kingwood Air Conditioning and Heating before the summertime heat every year to maintain our A/C.
