Madd Air Heating & Cooling deserve more than 5 stars for the exceptional service provided on my full A/C replacement installed in my home. After several quotes from other companies, Sam with Madd Air stood out the most with his professionalism, knowledge and honesty regarding the various systems pros and cons. The company was extremely accommodating with no wait times for scheduling and quotes. Sam and the crew were punctual, courteous and direct with the install. I was informed the entire time and extremely pleased. I highly recommend Madd Air Heating &Cooling company for their excellent service and quality staff. Charlie and the team at Madd Air just finished replacing our entire HVAC system, replaced all of our ducts that were original to our 1980 home, and added a solar attic fan to help our homes ventilation. Charlie and the guys were here first thing this morning as promised and wasted no time getting to work. They went above and beyond by moving our system from an access closet upstairs to the attic where it belongs. All of the crew were clean and respectful and Charlie kept me informed the entire time, explaining the science and mechanics behind how the entire system works. While an HVAC system is a considerable purchase, I feel like I got an incredible valuable far beyond what I paid working with Madd Air.
I had an issue with the service initially. The owner of the company reached out to me to make it right. Based on how the owner responded, customer service is important to these folks.
I just had my air conditioning system replace. The crew showed up on time. The first thing they did was laid down some tarps where they worked, and they left the house in a clean condition. I am very pleased with the work and professionalism of the technician, Camilo Rosale, and his crew.
Camilo came by to maintain and fix a couple issues on our ac units. He was very informative which was very helpful. I highly recommend this guy for the job.
When we bought our home, we knew the HVAC was on the fritz, and it was only a matter of time before we needed a new unit plus ductwork (at least two companies with our home warranty confirmed the ductwork - our inspector told us about the unit, primarily the furnace (which is from the 80s)). After discovering our home warranty was (basically) a scam when it came to replacing the unit, I knew Madd Air was the first company I wanted to assess our needs. I've passed them several times when going to Helen's for a nail fill or grabbing a burger at Pete's. I knew they had stellar reviews, but now I know why. Heather so patiently answered every question possible, and Charlie spent over an hour talking to me about the ins and outs of HVAC work and the ducts needed. What I appreciated most is despite my "I know NOTHING about AC units" disclaimer, he didn't talk to me like I was dumb or take advantage of racking up the price - he explained everything in basic terms. When Justin came the following day, I found the quotes to be right in line with others in the area, but Madd Air could do more with the duct replacement. He explained a proposed layout, as well as additional places they'll add grills and return vents to optimize air flow (especially in some of the closets where there is nothing). I also know you get what you pay for, and with the quality service I've received so far, I know we're getting a bargain. (My neighbor confirmed this - when I told him we were getting a new unit, he immediately said Madd Air did his, and he is extremely pleased with their service.) To top things off, last week, our unit ran out of coolant (11 days before installation). I called the following morning, and Justin was there by the afternoon to give us just enough to last until the install. He also charged the unit and tried to keep things running as best as possible (despite record heat). Their proficiency and sense of urgency can't be beat. We went with MADD Air after getting three quotes, they came so highly reviewed/recommended. Sam was great to work with. He was honest, knowledgeable and kind. The crew showed up a few minutes early and finished the job in about three hours. Great experience, we will be using them again when it’s time to replace our next unit.
Exceptionally impressed with Madd Air service and employees! Just got an entire new ac system, new thermostat, return vent and insulation installed after our old one broke during a week of 95 degree temps. Sam has been our guy for cooling and heating for a few years now and has always strived to repair and maintain our system in the most economical and expedient way. He’s always on time, professional and very nice. This time it was the whole system (pretty old) that needed replacing. We were without ac for only two days and very fortunate compared to some people who are still waiting for other companies to repair or replace theirs (per my son in law who knows 3 families with broken ac’s). Sam and crew arrived at the time they stated and worked nonstop for 4 1/2 hrs. The crew were very mannerly and friendly, laid protection down for floors and cleaned up before they left. Sam explained what would happen before, during and after and he checked on the progress repeatedly. I also got the privilege of meeting Lewis, one of the founders I believe, who was checking the job as well. I can’t say enough good things about Madd Air. I’m very impressed with all of their qualities and there’s nothing I would change.
June 12 ,several days ago, Sam with Madd Air gave me BAD NEWS, My large air conditioner DIED. Could not be saved. Thank God my other smaller unit was O.K. He told me all of my options in detail. I felt such confidence in him that I ordered a new Comfort Maker unit on the spot. Best decision I ever made. Sam and all of the installers came 7 30 AM went right to work. They really new what to do. Completed everything, cleaned up everything. Sam stayed here the whole time making sure all was O.K. I am so impressed. I would recommend Madd Air to everyone. Great Company. I just read all of the reviews and agree with all of them completely especially with regard to Sam.
MADD Air is AWESOME!!! They installed a new system last September and it’s still going strong. Sam was AWESOME then and still AWESOME today when he came out for maintenance!!! These guys are Great!!!
Terrific job by Sam and all of the guys installing a new A/C unit in my home. He didn’t try to sell me anything more than what I asked for. The work was expected to last 4-5 hours, but the hard workers completed it in around 3! Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Madd Air! This is the second time I have had to use them. The first time was last year right before summer and it was getting hot. My air conditioner stopped cooling. I was immediately able to get someone to come out and put Freon back in our unit. That rep was very professional and knowledgeable on the unit and how we could get a little more time out of it. The unit is approximately 18 years old so this summer right before we were about to have maintenance completed, it stopped cooling again. I once again called out madd air, and Sam came to assist us. He was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of information, when I inquired if it was time to change the unit, he said that it probably was but gave me options to fix the issue. We however, knew it was time to change the unit so I asked Sam and he recommended several affordable options. When I asked how soon they could come out to replace the unit, he replied tomorrow. The receptionist at madd air was also extremely helpful and courteous. She was so pleasant and easy to work with even when I was flustered. She explained install and provided a time to which the guys would show up. they were right on time and they work quickly and efficiently to get the job done. We were not uncomfortable one night. This company had quality and professionalism. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Everyone I have dealt with at this company has been pleasant, knowledgeable, and overwhelmingly easy to work with.
We just had a new HVAC system installed, and I'm so impressed with MADD--from our initial contact with Sam, to Yuri on the phone, to Camilo's "tour" of the new system, and last but not least, the great installation crew. Oh, and they left the attic and garage in better shape than they found it. Well done, and thank you!
Justin came to my home and checked my problem. He then explained my OLD system needed replacing. He showed me 4 options as a quote. He explained each carefully and told me all they included. Then he didn't pressure me to make a decision. I called the next day and scheduled the work. They just left and they did the installation in a timely fashion and were very professional. I would highly recommend them.
Always on time and very knowledgeable! Will definitely continue to stay on the annual maintenance plan and strongly recommend it!

MADD Air is amazing, both for system replacement and on-going service! When our 25-year-old AC system needed replacement 2 years ago, all the other companies I met with just wanted to quickly drop-in replacement equipment. Sam was the only one that listened to the issues we were experiencing with air distribution and worked to address them. In addition, he corrected some duct design issues from the initial construction of my home, of which we had been unaware. They made the replacement process painless as they arrived early one morning and had the new system operating early that same evening. Last week our AC experienced some significant lightning-related damage. We called their office and within 2 hours Sam was at our house troubleshooting the damage. Fortunately, they were able to make the repairs and get our system back on pretty quickly given the extent of needed repairs. We also have an annual service plan with MADD Air with biannual system checks. The techs always call ahead with an ETA, are always on-time, very professional, courteous and mindful of not tracking on floors. We are very happy that we finally found MADD Air!
Sam was the technician that came to my home. He was on time, professional, and patient with all of my questions. He didn’t try to upsell me and gave me great advice on my system. He’s fast and detailed. I could tell he takes pride in his work. He made sure everything was working right and didn't cut corners. Because of Sam Madd Air has won me over.
