Jake did a great job replacing our blower fan motor and squirrel cage blower wheel. Great attitude under extremely trying conditions in attic in July heat. Will definitely use him and his company again. Great job, thanks Jake.

Very responsive. Called in AM that A/C quit working. They had a technician scheduled for that afternoon. Randy quickly troubleshot the problem and made the repair. Have used them for several years.
Rated 5 stars because I couldn't rate them 6! Called one morning because our A/C was out. They were there in a couple of hours, tracked down parts for our older system, and were back later that day with parts to repair the system. Even managed to diagnose the specific failure & replace only the module needed instead of the entire assembly - saving us $1000. Jake & Randy are the best! Recommended most highly!

My A/C went out on a Saturday. I called this company and they quickly dispatched a technician, Jason, who was friendly, thorough, and experienced. He got my A/C working again at a reasonable cost. I appreciate this local business and highly recommend them.
Jason, the tech, was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. He allowed me to watch as he was working and explained what he was doing so I could understand what the problem was. He remained until he was sure that the problem was resolved. Without reservation, I highly recommend this company!
Jake from Uni-Serve performed an A/C tune up on my Payne unit; the work he did was quick and efficient. Jake also explained some things to be aware of that could prevent our unit from operating as it should. I sensed complete honesty from Jake. When the tuneup was completed, he cleaned-up and carried away debris removed from within the outside condenser unit. S. Morrison
We had a great experience with Uni-Serve! We received quotes from four different companies for a full 4 ton to 5 ton system replacement. Uni-Serve offered multiple tiers of quality equipment at competitive prices and was flexible on ducting replacement. They allowed us to inspect the condition of the ductwork after removing the old system before committing to any replacement. This was appreciated, as two out of the four companies recommended full ductwork replacement prior to in-depth inspection. They replaced the whole system in one day and we are really happy with the system's performance and the quality of the work completed.
