Very unprofessional , discourteous and disrespectful. I will never use them again. Keep away from them.
I was forced to use this company because of my home warranty. My AC wasn't cooling my house as effectively as I thought it should. Royal Flush technician Bernardo came out on a Thursday and "accidentally" emptied the freon from my unit. After my home got up to 80 degrees I called and texted Bernardo multiple times with no response. I had to make another request through my home warranty. Royal Flush sent out Bernardo again and he did not arrive until almost 1pm. He stated he "accidentally" let out all the freon. He stated he recharged the system and proceeded to tell us that we should not have left a negative review without trying to reach him first. After showing him we did try he then stated he forgot to call us back. He then left the house and said the house should cool back down from 80 degrees in a couple hours. IT NEVER COOLED BACK DOWN! Once again we called Royal flush who told us another technician wouldn't be able to come out until MONDAY despite them causing this issue! They expected us to sit in a hot house all weekend. I had to hire an independent technician to come out and found out that Bernardo once again did not charge the system like he was supposed too! So now we have been sitting in a house that is 80 degrees for over 24 hours as we wait for our warranty company to send out another company to hopefully fix the issue that ROYAL FLUSH caused!
If you need something done right. You go to Cesar. He's punctual and communicates effectively upon arrival and during the duration of the service. He answered all of my outstanding questions and resolved my AC unit issue in a matter of minutes. Thank you Cesar
Our service technician, Richard, was professional, knowledgeable, and a very hard worker. He got us back up and running in no time! Very satisfied.
I received service from them through my home warranty. The technician that arrived charged me a service fee and an additional $100 for a part not under my warranty but then told me the AC is still not working because I'm missing another part and they would send me a quote, they wanted $700, I called a company that's not in the warranty and they fixed it for $150 including a charge for weekend emergency, and they removed the part the other tech added cause it was in the wrong place. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
Our Tech Caesar was awesome. Very professional, informative and got our unit back working. I just recommended to my grandmother in law for service next week.
Bernardo was great absolutely would recommend! I used american home shield and was skeptical because of the reviews but man did Bernardo knock it out of the park very friendly,knowledgeable and diligent! Great work!
My A/C stopped cooling I contact my home shield and they assigned Royal Flush to fix it, Techician Frank was sent and he arrived in a timely manner and executed an excellent job. Thanks Frank, Thanks Royal Flush AC And Heating. Keep up the good work
This company was dispatched via my Home Warranty. We were told a few reasons as to why our AC wasn't working, such as needing refrigerant. They put the product in and then told us that actually, we needed a new compressor and we should not use the AC until that is completed. So why sell us a bunch of refrigerant we can't use? We had two other companies come out of our own choosing and after their inspection, they actually discovered the issue in the attic- a lot of things not up to code, a unit that looked like it had been punched in recently, and a furnace pipe that was completely disconnected. The other company said that anyone who knew anything about AC should've been able to take one look and see that it was a dangerous situation upstairs. Dangerous as in, if we used the heater it would release carbon monoxide into our home and our baby's bedroom. Besides the fact that we were sold something we couldn't use, I am mostly concerned that whoever this company sent was unable to realize such an (apparently) obvious and extreme issue.
Jose and Milli(? I think was her name) called ahead to say they are coming early. Identified the problem, really quick and repaired the unit. Really happy with the speed at which they responded.
Kevin is one of Royal flush AC technicians he was very professional and did a very quality job I recommend Royal flush AC and heating anyone that needs AC or heating repairs
Frank is great he is knowledgeable, polite, speedy, informative all great.
Cesar was my technician and he was very professional and humble. He was there to provide a service and he did that without trying to upsell me. I greatly appreciated that compared to one of their competitors that only cared about marketing me things i did not need. It was a pleasure to work with Cesar and Royal Flush

Technician broke attic stairs and refused to fix them. It's not his responsibility. Very professional 👏
Appointment was from 8 am to 10 am. Tech didn't show between those hours. Could not get ahold of anyone. Tech called at 1245 and said he was 30-45 min away..... showed up over 3 hours after appointment time ended.

They were very professional and on point, Paul & Angel were very nice and they were able to tackle the problem immediately I highly recommend this company to anyone. Cesar was awesome! Super nice. Found an issue with my AC that left unrepaired would have been a potential fire. So glad he was able to look into it. He was kind, professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. Would use them again.
Poor technician Jose got $125 for 10 min but my AC is not still working.
I received service from these guys via my home warranty. The man that arrived was professional and polite. He figured out why my HVAC system was draining into my bathtub and had it fixed in maybe an hour.
