Daniel provided excellent and friendly service. Even though he was servicing my home during a holiday, he didn't compromise the quality by rushing, and he patiently explained the situation.
Jesus did an excellent job checking out my heating system and testing emergency shut off to make sure everything was working as it should thank you so much and Merry Christmas 🎄🙏🙏 Brandon and Daniel did a great job today, Daniel’s inspection opened my eyes to the deficiencies in my duct work were I was losing cooling and he explained everything in detail leading me to investigate the possibly of changing out my duct work and that’s were Brandon came in and explained the details and the advantages of changing the old duct work and the financing both did an excellent job !!!
Julian provided top notch service and explained the services clearly. Erica was extremely helpful. She listened to my need and had a Technician (Julian) out within an hour. I called a few other AC companies before reaching Erica and I still haven’t heard back from their dispatchers. Thank You Finch Team! You have my business going forward.

We had them do tune-ups on our 2 ac units. We have this done every year since the units are older. On 6/5 they called around 12:30 and the tech said he was in Bellaire which is about 30-40 min from where I live, depending on traffic. Around 1:35pm he called and said the units were working fine, but old (which they are) then proceeded to try and sell me 2 units and a maintenance plan. 3 days ago 1 of the units started not working properly. I called on 6/15 and left a message but did not hear back from anyone. I already have an appt set up with another company to tune it up properly. The technician I spoke to on the phone with Finch was very polite and professional but I honestly don't think they did the actual tune up on both units. They simply weren't there anywhere long enough to do the job properly.
Tech told me condenser coil & evaporator coil had huge leaks and recommended full replacement. Got second opinions & leak checks. Condenser was fine, evaporator coil was leaking. Tech was more interested in selling 10yr service plan or replacing entire unit than fixing the problem. 10yr plan was quoting at $151 for 10 years & full replacement at almost $10k. Actual replacement of coil with labor cost me $2700. Was told on the phone from the office most people just replace entire unit vs fixing their issue. Guess I’m not most people. Outside unit is 5 years old & still under warranty but they never mentioned that while the two other service providers did while working to fix the issue & keep costs down. There’s more but that’s enough. I’d highly recommend going elsewhere. I will not use Finch AC again.
