Cannot say enough great things about Top Gun! They were recommended to me by someone who’d used them for their home, and I’ll be recommending them now, too. They were quick, helpful, never pushy, follow up was kind and timely, and the work done was explained thoroughly and done efficiently. For such a large expense like new air conditioning and insulation removal & install, I always felt like I was in great hands while being walked through costs and options.
They did a great job installing, but they said they keep all American standard parts in stock or its a quick turnaround. They actually don't, and it is not a quick turnaround for parts. They did not outright lie, but I felt they way they explained it was very disingenuous. We would have shopped around more if that was told to us originally. *They provided a quick response and repair when the part went out (full replacement within 20 minutes).
Jonathan came to my house on such short notice for an assessment. Like any other vendor, He could’ve easily just sold me a brand new unit but instead, he did a very honest assessment and recommendation on how to solve my years old issue with my house not being able to cool down. Installing additional returns, better air filtration system and insulation. I’ve contacted at least 3 different companies and I’ve never spoken to such an honest vendor that focuses on solutions rather than profit. During the course of the project, another issue came up with my evaporator coil going bad and he was able to put together a solution in such short notice. He sends a team led by Kevin Sanchez and they worked until 1am to make sure the job is complete. Anyone can come and install whatever but I have never come across a team that is extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional. It was late and I could hear them in the attic talking to each other saying “we going to get this right, and we are going to get this done”. I am extremely proud of Kevin’s leadership, the quality of work and this company’s dedication to continue deliver the best in class serivice they are known for. He takes care of his team and it reflects on the services they provide and also reflects Jon’s leadership and service to his crew. There’s a reason why they are highly rated and I can attest to it. We originally got a new AC unit for my mom's home. We loved their personable manner, impecable service, and quality products so much that when we needed an AC, we called on them again. They were very effective communicators and were very patient as we set up the SmartHome features on our unit. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. A year later and we continue to be extremely happy with our purchases and their service to maintain our unit. Thank you for continuing to be such an incredible company and always going above and beyond to meet our household needs!
Austin was great. Called for emergency service because our indoor temps were reaching 90degrees when I got home from work, and he came out a little over an hour from when I spoke with him and set the appointment. The repair was quick and we are now enjoying cold ac again.

I'm completely satisfied with Jonathan Riddle fixing our A/C system. It shut down yesterday afternoon for some reasons, and today on Sunday, Jonathan came over and found the solution. He fixed the old part of electricity connected to A/C unit then its back on. Yaya!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. He's very honest answering questions and explained how things worked. Definitely counting on TOP GUN for future services. I'm So Happy to have cooling back on since its nearly 100 degree on June 11th. Top Gun takes care of it to make sure consumers get the cooling in working order.

My wife and I we’re noticing the air conditioner unit seemed to be working to hard and not cooling like it use too. The system was almost three years old that Top Gun installed. We scheduled a technician to come take a look. Justin came out on Thursday and diagnosed the issue pretty quickly and explained exactly what was happening. Then told us what was needed. The soonest they could get us on the schedule was Tuesday morning. But Justin with the day off on Saturday schedule it that morning and had use up and running in 2 hours. Now Justin did not need to do this on his day off but we did appreciate the customer service from him and Top Gun. We have always had a good customer service relationship with John (One of the owners) and the company in general. Thank you for always being there when we need you.
The Techs were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite and helpful.
TopGun we’re very prompt in setting up appointments for both maintenance check and replacing my HVAC system and coil. Work took better part of the day but they were considerate and let know all that was going on, and even walked me through visual inspection of work once completed. Overall a good experience.
I recently purchased a new HVAC system from Top Gun and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. The knowledgeable sales representative answered all of my questions and helped me choose the perfect system for my home. The installation process was flawless, with three experienced professionals who took great care to make sure everything was installed properly and with attention to detail. They were also very friendly and respectful of my home. The entire installation process only took one day, which was impressive. I was so impressed with the quality of work that was done. Had top gun do spring service. Live in condo and ac on roof. They said ac leaking freon. They checked my neighbors ac, not mine. Turned my ac on, and they still checked wrong unit. Neighbors unit needs to be replaced not mine.
No complaints. They installed my unit. I pay an annual fee for 2 maintenance checks per year
The guys at Top Gun do it right! The team did an excellent job. I've never seen an install look as neat and clean as they did it. Awesome job!
Awesome company! They replaced one of our two HVAC systems last year, and they did a great job for a fair price and provided excellent service. We now have our annual maintenance plan with them as well.

Austin was excellent to work with, he put up with all of my HVAC questions and solved our freon leak quickly and cleanly. On top of great service, he went out of his way to replace an air filter that we don't yet have a ladder to reach. Although I do get a little credit for holding the ladder. Thanks Austin and Top Gun, we will be repeat customers should the need arise. All the best!
Jon and Roland were awesome! Prompt, professional and took the time to educate me on my system. My units hadn’t been serviced since my house was built in 2014. They needed to be completely stripped down, cleaned, serviced and put back together. These guys know their craft! Highly recommend! I will definitely use them again! Update December 2022: we moved to an older house that has had various HVAC challenges. We knew exactly whom to call. Jon and his team have been out a few times to help diagnose and fix problems. They continue to be prompt, responsive and professional. Most importantly they get the job done right. Thank you for being a fantastic local business. Top Gun Air was professional,timely and affordable. One company told my mom she needed everything replaced. Top Gun Air was able to just replace the outside unit and repair the attic unit.
