I have used this company for nearly 10 years and they were always great. I have easily spent over $20k and have referred countless friends and neighbors. Perhaps good help is hard to find, but there was a miscommunication on a new job I was having them do. The technician was indifferent, apathetic, and talked down to me. He was lacking any sort of grace or respect. I will admit that I lost my cool and said a few choice words that were regrettable, but I do refuse to allow someone to talk to me in such a manner inside my own home. When I spoke to David, the owner, he refused to accept that his tech would do such a thing. Then David proceeded to talk over me and become rude himself. I had always been loyal to this company because of their superior customer service. Unfortunately, after this treatment that relationship is now a bitter divorce. UPDATE: This my response to the owner's comment below. First, you should read through all the negative reviews and see how David responds to them. Apparently, it is never their fault and they take no accountability for their own actions. How can that be the case? NO ONE IS PERFECT. He continues on about how I lost my temper because they could not "magically" do the job. As I stated before, I used some choice words but that had everything to do with how disrespecting and patronizing the technician was. David refused to acknowledge the possibility of this. I am not trying to harm this business, I think Google Reviews provides necessary transparency for customers to seek out the best companies to do business with so they can make an informed decision. Companies are not always going to be perfect, but it is how they respond which matters. An owner should try to diffuse the situation and find a path forward to maintain what has been a fruitful business relationship. Instead he refuses to acknowledge the issue (both the miscommunication on details of the job and his tech's communication) and puts the blame solely
JAK set a quick appointment, they arrived on time, work was exceptional, and I look forward to having them back - they literally take care of our systems like it was their own.

David was at our house within an hour or so of our call. Fixed our issue fast. Great working with JAK as always. Will definitely continue to use.
Absolutley a rip off. $400 charge for 15 minutes of work. Never mentioned what the costs would be. Just expected to pay. Ridiculous! Personally, I would never call JAK Services again as the local HVAC guys do the same work without the crazy costs. Look up AC Express ask for Paul, or Keller Service Heat & Air, or TX Discount Air. Don't care about the response from business either that's sure to be forthcoming. Save your money go elsewhere!

From the time they installed our two AC/heating systems three years ago, they have maintained them twice a year, and they have been functioning wonderfully! We really enjoy the wireless thermostats as well. Their service is always amazing, and they answer any questions I have. They’re a great company, and I would recommend them to anyone!
Showed up within the time frame allotted, actually earlier than later. Harry was our tech and extremely courteous and didn’t waste any time. Great experience!
JAK Services replaced a leaking AC coil, replaced a system damper and recharged my AC unit. They were efficient, prompt, and professional.

Timely response and quick l, good quality work. I scheduled a tuneup but had issues with one of my units. Issue was repaired at a reasonable price.
We worked with David (the owner) personally and he was fantastic! He made sure we got the best deal that we could afford and was personable, professional and his team was amazing and quick! We found out we needed a whole new AC unit and he did everything he could to find us the best deal for our home. I HIGHLY recommend JAK and will be coming back to them in the future if we ever need help or service. I can’t recommend them enough.

I would recommend JAK to anyone in the DFW metro. Their techs are always punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. Anytime I’ve had an issue, they’ve been able to fix it quickly.
