Chaz was absolutely wonderful. Explained everything in detail. What a wonderful company who we used for the first time today when our system unexpectedly stopped cooling. Once my husband explained the issue, Chaz was able to immediately diagnose the problem. We will be customers for life!

One of my units went out and they came out same day service the evening before 4th of july! Will definitely use them again.
Had a hard time getting a company with a reasonable after hours service call fee until I called Texas Pride. Will answered my call and sent Jacob over. Jacob troubleshooted and found the problem. Definitely recommend them. ***Had to come back and review(2023): Chaz arrived in a timely manner, fixed the issue very quickly. Will be continue to be customers!

These guys are great. I thought I had a bigger issue, but they tracked down a small problem and everything is working great now. I would absolutely use them again in the future, and I would absolutely refer them to others.
these guys are really good. when called for a needed fix, they were here within hours. and when they came back for maintenance evaluation (after i signed up for their bluebonnet club), they thoroughly checked everything and made sure all was in top shape going into these super-hot days.
We noticed a leak coming from our attic AC unit and called at 7:40pm. Three hours later and they already came, diagnosed the problem, cleared the clog, cleaned up, and wrapped up everything. They were very quick, polite, and great at explaining what they were doing.
It is said that an employee is a reflection of the company itself and that is evident in this case. Jacob presents himself as both a trustworthy and honest young man. He was able to articulate both the strengths and weaknesses of our current system in addition to how to best maintain and optimize it. The Blue Bonnet Club is an investment that I will not soon regret.
Honest! Dependable, Fair, really can't recommend them enough, we were facing closing our business until the ac was fixed, not necessary as their technician Brantley showed up way ahead of schedule, stayed late to complete the job and was a consummate pro!!!
Jacob, our service manager always does a thorough job. He goes over items that are in need of further examination but also points positives. He is both courteous and professional. The way he represents himself says a lot about the company itself. The Bluebonnet club has given us great value and piece of mind. Great employee, great organization! 1st
They were super professional explained what was wrong with our system and gave us numerous options. We opted to have our entire system replaced. When they came out the day of the appointment they were on time. They laid tarps all over our house. They left the house clean. Gage and Cameron were so quiet when working you hardly knew they were in the house. 100% recommend them. Chaz was awesome
We had a wonderful experience with Duncan. Our hvac unit and coils needed some real TLC and Duncan did just that. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and kind. You can tell he really cares about the customer and their home. We truly appreciate this type of customer service and we’re happy to join their annual membership. Thank you!
Update 5/31/23: we had an anomaly happen this afternoon with our unit today that caused it to stop working and house quickly heated up. Texas Pride sent the team out same day on short notice in the evening. Brantley quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. We are actually happier with his fix because we did not like the fresh-air flow vent the builder installed. We are Texas Pride customers for life and will recommend them to others! I found Texas Pride recommended by neighbors on NextDoor. I liked having the ease of making an appointment online. Brantley did a great job servicing my A/C unit. He arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He took pictures and did a great job explaining everything from about him and the company, what he was going to do, what was done and recommendations. I was a bit wary using a company I hadn’t used before for a tune-up special, but no worries here! The tune-up was affordable and Brantley didn’t try to up-sell a bunch of other services or parts. I definitely recommend Texas Pride and I will continue to use them.
Chaz and Brantley was excellent technicians. Brantley was the first technician to reach my resident. He introduced himself. He came in assess the unit on the inside and turn the nest off. Explain to me how to turn it off. Excellent excellent technician then Chaz showed up completed the work they were on time they explained everything as it went along. All my questions was answer these two gentlemen, or the example of what I think your company represents excellent job, excellent work, excellent communication skills, excellent knowledge of the product!!! Rate 10. I’m 💯 percent satisfied! Chaz and Brantley made me he was my sons coming to save the Day model technician!!! Thank you Texas Pride Heating Air
Very satisfied with the work that Texas Pride did as a team. I had April schedule me in the same day. Jacob came out and diagnosed what was wrong. Now Chaz repaired and got my AC running again! Really appreciate the effort and communication that they provided so I could get this taken care of.
The guys did a full swap out of my old equipment inside and out and the house was as clean as it was before they came. I had my first cool night in a week and can't thank them enough. I will recommend them to anyone that'll listen.
