Our air conditioning stopped blowing cold air after 8pm on a Monday and I was able to call to schedule someone to repair it the same day! Great customer service, fast and responsive. We ended up needing a new capacitor and they were able to install a new one on the same day. We highly recommend this company!
Andrew came out to give an estimate for my daughter's home due to insufficient original A/C installation by home builder. He was prompt, personable, professional and provided more information than just the quote. He suggested the original mechanical installation might be deficient and how to approach that situation with the contractor. My daughter has been using A Better Deal for at least ten years and Andrew has always proven to be helpful and available at all hours. He is definitely amazing.
We found A Better Deal several years back and are always pleased with their service. Naturally there is a slight panic when your A/C system decides to go out, especially if it is late in the day/evening or on the weekend. Without fail, every time we've had to call, we have received prompt service at a fantastic price.
I have used them 3 times over the past 3 years. Always responsive, professional, and quick service. They know what they are doing and are not trying to sell you something you don't need. Prices have always been great too.

Few years back we had problems with our Heating and Air Conditioning System. A close friend of mine, recommended A Better Deal Heating and Air Conditioning people.. They very professionally did the installation and said, if we maintain regular preventative service, I get Lifetime warranty. Since than, there were, occasionally some problems. They would come over and fix them, on time, without, Hesitation. So, when " A Better Deal" says Lifetime warranty, they really mean it.
I have used A Better Deal for nearly a decade now, and I will not use anyone else. Andrew has always been a straight shooter with me, and has always gone above and beyond in order to make my repair complete. I have on numerous occasions had Heating & A/C work done by him, as well as several light fixtures installed. He's extremely knowledgeable, does excellent work, and is totally fair on his prices. In the elecrical/heating & air realm, it's difficult to find someone you can trust, but I've found that with A Better Deal over and over. Superb company, I highly recommend!
I called A Better deal at 01:00 am and spoke with the owner who assured me he would rectify my problem and did so in record time. Mr. Jones professionalism, technical expertise, and dedication to his craft was nothing short inspirational. I called A Better Deal Heating and Air Conditioning when my a/c quit working one morning during the hottest summer ever. They were at my house within 45 minutes and it was fixed within another 15. Thank you, ABD!
Wow! Top notch service. Our A/C upstairs went out, which is always stressful. It was over 100 degrees out and we have multiple animals, a toddler and 2 kids. Our toddlers daycare owner recommended this company. Her A/C went out on a Sunday and they fixed her up very quickly and she raved about them. (Shawn was who assisted!) We called and they came within an hour! Took him about 10 minutes to diagnose and about 35 to fix it! Greg was who helped us. He was great! Seemed very knowledgeable. We had freon put in by another company not too long ago and Greg told us that too much was put in and could've been the cause of the issue. It was VERY fairly priced and quick! Our new "go-to" company! You won't regret calling them.
Andrew was very professional. He came out at 2am to look at our AC and let us know we would need a new unit. Within 24 hours we had a new unit up and going. Great service and a great price!

We've used A Better Deal several times over the years. Andrew, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and still works in the field. They've always been able to come out same day. Tom, the tech who helped us most recently, was great.
