I have used this company for my businesses. They have always been responsive and caring knowing we have infants in our center. Other companies have not been able to beat their price. They are honest. I have parents that work on AC and have backed up their diagnosis of issues. I have used them multiple times for Hippo Learning Station in Hutto. The office staff is also friendly and quick. I just used them for my Round Rock center Pathways. I just received the same quality of care, response, and professionalism as I have in the past. I highly recommend this company. I’m thankful that they help my kids all stay warm and cool!

Had a AC problem, called them and they were able to come out same day. The technician (forgot his name) was incredible. He did an amazing job diagnosing the issue and explaining every step (I ask a lot of questions). He was professional the entire visit. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC work.

We were referred to Expert Air by a friend we completely trust. Our AC had gone out and it was 103 outside. Matt, the technician who came out, was the smartest, most knowledgeable, patient and trustworthy AC technician I've ever met. As hot as it was outside, he took his time and showed me exactly what the problem was and fixed our AC unit quickly and did a very thorough job. It was easy to see he is a real pro who takes pride in his work. We are now permanent customers and highly recommend Expert Air to anyone.

I called Expert Air @ Refrigeration to come and check on my AC, it struggles a bit, but isn't flat broken. Jimmy arrived on-time and called ahead to ensure that I was awake and ready for him to arrive. Jimmy began looking at the installation...after looking at the outside portion of the unit, he came inside, used a device which "checks for leaks" and pronounced that it would be a good idea to replace the evap coil...for a mere $1800. He also announced that there was a good possibility that the condenser could break and that the evap coil could leak water, ruining my wood floors. At the end of his (rambling, jargon-filled, fear-mongering) sales pitch, the invoice came to $90-ish. I wrote him a check and wished him a good day. Oh, and he couldn't charge the AC unit with coolant, too...EPA would want to take his job if he did. Pretty expensive sales pitch, if you ask me, and not sure about the value-add for this service. EDIT: Forgot to mention that Expert is a Trane shop, and my AC is a Carrier. Additionally, an estimate was provided for a new Trane AC...over $5k, and I'm giving the company a break here. Lowered the rating to 1 star...forgot to mention the fear-mongering part of their sales pitch. Not effective, looking elsewhere for my AC needs.

Expert air was prompt and diligent in the repair of my a.c. Of course the unit waited till we were in the middle of 105° weather before the compressor decided to go out. They arrived on time to assess the situation and were back the next day on time with a new outside unit. The install was flawless and my a.c. is working better than ever before. Jimmy the technician explained everything in detail, both what was wrong and what would be done to correct the problem. I now know more about the working aspects of a a.c. and have a cool house.

Wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with this company, technicians such as Rodger are complete liars, rob you for your money, and are disrespectful, very unprofessional.

I refuse to do dealings with companies that have such poor business ethics. Rodger their tech resorts to slandering other reputable, experienced, and well regarded companies in an attempt to recruit clientele. These are not the type of people I care to support. This just displays a willingness to bend the truth, and give you the run around. I had my quality system installed by country thyme ac and have nothing but high praises to say about them. Anyone looking for installation or repairs, please steer clear of expert air and the cronies they employ.

I normally don't leave reviews about anything, so the fact that I'm taking out my time do one sound say something. A tech named Rodger is harassing multiple customers talking down on the purchases made from other company's while doing so he is trying to promote himself. It is very unprofessional and displeasing to deal with someone constantly attacking you. With the service that has been displayed I wouldn't want to use this company.

we had a problem with our compressor and called Expert Air and they came out in about a hour or so - fixed the old unit and at a reasonable cost - but I ask about a new air cooling plant - the old one was the old R22 Freon and on it's last leg and the tech told me about the new style units - I checked around and Consumers report rated American Standard as the most reliable - I ask the owner to give me some bids on the 18SERR unit because it was well rated and would save us money on the electric bill - well they were the best bid and I told to install a new cooling and heater plant - they did the job in about 6 hours - I couldn't be any happier -- job well done and a great new air conditioner - it's variable speed and most of the time only has to runs at 30% or 40% speed - should save MONEY -- good people and good service at a reasonable price -

We recently scheduled some routine A/C service but we ran out of time. Our appointment was for Friday and the fan motor went out Wednesday night. We contacted Expert Air back and let them know about the fan motor. They came to our house the same day, after hours, and got our A/C system back going. They still came by on Friday and performed a basic check up on the system. We like keeping our business local and getting great service. That is exactly what Expert Air did for us.

On July 3, 2017, during a string of Texas 100 degree summer days, our residential AC unit coughed once and gave up the ghost. That was at 10:00 AM and I knew things were already looking bad for getting a 'same day' service call . I picked up the phone and called Expert Air who promised us a service tech by 4:00 that afternoon. Guess what, he showed up 15 minutes early. His name was Andrew, he was very knowledgeable, cordial, and since it was 93 degrees in our house he knew he had to do something NOW! Expert Air and Andrew went above and beyond the call of duty that day. Andrew determined that our exotic blower motor had to be replaced, but had to be shipped in from Dallas, he drove to his shop and found us a temporary replacement, and installed it for us that evening. All of this to keep us cool over the July 4th holiday. Things are back to normal now. The AC works like a charm. The house is cool again, as is the wife, and the dog. Happy wife, happy dog, equals a happy family life. Thanks to Andrew and Expert Air.
