Green Leaf, was the only HVAC company that answered my call for help. Our 15 year HVAC unit gave out during the week of tripple digit heat. The next day the Green Leaf, sent one of their best crew (Tony & Daniel), to install a new Trane system. My thanks to Tony & Daniel, for a 5 star install. Also thanks to Bre Del Vechio, who made it all possible. I recommend Green Leaf, for their outstanding customer service and top of the line product (Trane).

After, being without an air conditioner for over a week, these guys, came and in the middle of a storm, put a condenser on the roof, of my apartment, to assure, I did not go without AC. Customer service with this company, is beyond any expectation you could ever think was possible. The technicians were so courteous and respectful, I was just blown away. Now I know, there are still reputable AC repair companies, left in this area (not many) but, I must admit this company is one of them. Thank You Guys!

Had great experience but didn't realize until after the fact that I was charged 5x ($500) what the cost of a capacitor should be. 6x if you add the techs service time.

My spouse and I received many bids regarding a new HVAC system installation. After speaking with 8 different companies, we decided to go with GreenL Leaf. Our initial point of contact was Bre. She was great and took the time to lay out a couple of options. We were presented with options for Trane and we had three different models/bids to review. We went with the "mid model option" and we are happy we did. Our HVAC installers were Xavier and Carlos. They took their time, were diligent with their work, and answered all of our questions. They went above and beyond to trouble shoot some sounds coming from the vents. The job was done, but they stayed around a bit longer to make sure we were satisfied. It has been about 1 week since the install and our new system has been performing well. For the first time ever, our kiddos are complaining their room is to cold! Which compared to before was great since we seemed to have no airflow going into their rooms. We took advantage of their 1,000 summer discount and they added some extras such as extended warranty on parts and labor and uv filtration. They were priced fair, quality work, professional, and I highly recommend them. We found our new hvac people, which can be tough to do. Thank you, Green Leaf Team.

A/C wasn't blowing cold last night. I called Green Leaf, and they put me on the list to come take a look. They have a great communication tree where you receive an email and text verification that you are on the list. Next, you receive a text with a picture of the technician who will come to your house. Then, your technician calls or texts you to let you know his eta. I loved being kept in the loop because nothing is worse than wondering when your ac will get repaired. Daniel arrived and immediately went into troubleshooting my unit. He found the capacitor crapped out and replaced it. He performed follow-up tests to ensure my air quality was acceptable. Bonus, once the job is completed, your invoice is emailed to you along with pictures of the work performed. I am very pleased.

I had a great experience with Nick and Green Leaf. Upfront with pricing and walked me through everything I needed to know. Absolutely would recommend and will be the first call I make if I ever need anything HVAC again.

Had a service tech come out, and they charged me 129.00. The tech looked at the ac unit. Said it was a little low on coolant. When i asked how much to charge it.. they said around 130 per lbs. I called another ac place snd they charge 90 to 100 a lb. The tech Looked at the coils said they "may have blockage ". I asked can you clear the bloackage? He said they couldn't flush it out. And that I basically had 2 options. 1.need to replace the coils for over 3700 2. Replace the whole unit. For over 8100. I went to green leaf air website and they have a unit at 6999 with FREE install. I dont know what they are trying to sell, but being up front and honest is not one of them.

GreenLeaf installed our Carrier HVAC system during our reno and we’ve continued to use them for maintenance for 10+ years. Highly recommend! Their technicians are on-time, friendly, and thorough. We even had them replace and install a new HVAC at another property. Loyal to GreenLeaf and can’t thank their techs and office staff for stellar service over the years.

I want to give a shout out to Daniel. He is a technician that serviced my A/C and heating system. He found I had a clog in my primary drain line and worked diligently to solve the problem. I am so thankful for his problem solving skills and taking the time to make sure our A/C is in tip top shape for the summer. I will definitely be using Grenn Leaf again next year for my annual service and I hope Daniel comes to my house again.

We quickly became a bigger customer over the last 2 years with Greenleaf and I can tell you they were a great choice for us! We're now up to 6 HVAC systems and nearly $100K total investment in all Trane equipment. Greenleaf has been just fantastic throughout the entire process. Especially when there were some smaller issues. It's understandable that some smaller things might go haywire, what is important is that service after the sale. THEY ARE FAST! Every single request has been responded to in less than 1hr and service setup for the next day, even on the weekends. If we ever needed extra attention our sales rep Josh left lines of communication open to be extra sure we were taken care of. All they need to do is keep on doing everything the same and you'll be happy. Zero room for improvement from our perspective. Highly Recommended.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- I have had green leaf do work on my home unit and business unit for the past 6 years. They tell me something is wrong, I take their word for it, pay the cost and they fix it. My home unit is 6 years old, I have had tons of work done to it because the AC professional told me to do it. Recently they told me I needed to change my thermostat and that it would cost me $800. I decided not to get the work done and my thermostat is working just fine. A year ago they started doing work on my business. Basic things like changing out my filters and doing before summer and winter maintenance. They came out to do the before summer maintenance and said one of the units needed a new fan motor and that would cost me $2800. I decided to get a second opinion since the unit is only 3 years old. The unit had been turned off. The technician that came out to give me a second opinion said there was nothing wrong with it, it just needed to be turned on. I called the green leaf office and filed a formal complaint with Michelle, their office manager. She assured me the technician Edsel, was their best technician. Their best technician quoted me on something that had nothing wrong with it. Greenleaf was previously owned by an individual and that's the reason for the good reviews. It has since been sold to a corporation. Beware of what they quote you, I would suggest saving yourself some money and getting a second opinion. UPDATE: I received the original quote from Greenleaf on 3/13, today is 3/30. I did not do their recommended repair and the unit is running efficiently. The owner responded to my review and mentioned that the person that gave me the second opinion may have switched the speeds on the unit. I am wondering why did their technician try the same instead of quoting me a $2800 repair? Regardless my unit is only 3 years old and is running perfectly fine without the pricey repairs their company suggested. In the past I have never got a second opinion and have

Had a water line burst right before Christmas this year. Needless to say that was a fun thing during the holidays. I called Greenleaf and they had us up and running by Wednesday of the following week. Thanks to Jorge, Antonio and Damian who came out and got us going. Great experience all around.

Best company overall. They tried to repair my old HVAC system but it was too old and worn out so we replaced for a new more efficient one. They went above the norm to get it all done.

Found this place online and after reading some reviews we decided to give them a call when our AC went out. They were very helpful and got someone out pretty quickly to come out. They tech was super friendly and explained everything they looked at and what the problem was. Thankfully they were able to get it fixed that day! Thank you guys!

Where to begin? Our Bryant HVAC was 17 – 18 years old and working well. It was a single stage unit – full on and full off. I also knew it was time to research and ask for estimates. I had been thinking about this for a while and definitely did NOT want to have an install during the summer (Central Texas) or the winter. October/November seemed to be the “sweet spot.” I called several local companies and after talking with my wife, reading reviews and thinking about the presentations from the 5 companies, I chose Green Leaf AC, Heating and Plumbing. Well Christmas came early this year. Each Green Leaf person I met, spoke with and watched from the initial discussions about the various units, the pricing and the installation was EXCELLECT. Josh gave the presentation and answered so many questions – with great patience. He also gave me the initial estimate and provided additional information about ductwork and insulation at my request. I could not see installing a new HVAC – with such vast changes in technology without adding the appropriate accessories. Think of purchasing a new car with threadbare tires. My system was over 17 years old. Everything needed updating. This would be a 3-day install – one day for the removal on both the Bryant HVAC, the ductwork and the installation of the new HVAC and new ductwork. I was amazed at the workmanship of Xavier and Carlos who did the removal of the old and install of the new equipment. Up in the attic Victor and Raul were removing the old Ductwork and installing the new ductwork. Mike joined in a bit later that morning and provided extra hands where needed. After the new ductwork was completed, Mike and I went up into the attic. He answered my questions and demonstrated how to adjust the airflow to each room. All this was done between 9 am and 3:30 pm. Josh came by about 2 and asked for my impressions and also to set up the time for the new insulation to be blown into the attic – a day later. Xavier And Carlos did that. Done i

This is the second time I used this company and I only did it out of convenience but I should have learned my lesson. The first time, the technician came out and was super friendly and informative but we had a coil that was leaking and was back ordered bc of supply issues which was completely understandable. After not hearing back for 6+ weeks, was told there was still a delay. Then after another 4 weeks of waiting, reached back out and was told they “jumped through hoops,” to get a different coil approved and had to have special signed paperwork to show this and they would be out soon. Again, didn’t hear anything. Called back and the notes about the “special approval” couldn’t be found. Eventually everything was resolved but not without many follow up calls and emails. Fast forward to 9/22. Call and ask for a technician to come out. $129 service fee, 👍🏼 I wasn’t home when they came out and received a call from the person staying at my house saying it was going to be $734. A little baffled bc my AC is still under warranty, I tried to follow up in which someone responded to my second email, “per my last email”. Seems a little unnecessary but ok. Turns out, my capacitor needed to be replaced ($30 part at a hardware store and less than 10 minutes to replace). Was charged $225 for the capacitor and then $380 for a motor that hasn’t been replaced and told the $380 is only for labor and my warranty doesn’t cover labor. Also, that they did me a favor by only charging $225 for the capacitor bc now I wouldn’t be charged the, “small part warranty,” charge of $380, but anytime there is an issue, I’ll be charged $129 to diagnose and then $380 to replace, unless it’s a big part and then who knows 🤷🏽‍♀️. Go with anyone else. These prices are insane!

Clinton and Mark came out to fix our outside AC unit not working. They were fast, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They fixed it in a very reasonable time frame and it was very affordable. They even checked the inside temps and air filter while here. Very happy with their service and will call again in the future.

Aug 24, 2022 A few days ago our relatively new upstair's AC unit stopped working suddenly and I called Green Leaf who we had used to replace our downstair's unit in 2018, and to correct some shoddy workmanship from a 2014 upstairs replacement. Chis Reed showed up within the time frame communicated by their outstanding office person Larrissa (I believe I have the name right). She was helpful and tried her best to squeeze us in early and was prompt to inform us when her attempts failed :) Which was ok since she was doing us a favor to begin with. So back to Chris, he was really good at explaning everything he was doing on our system, and what the issue was. I'm an engineer and had already guessed what the problem might be and he confirmed it almost immediately. Without unessessary dilly dallying Chris set to work resolving our issue, and explaining the physics behind the issue which I really appreciated. He also made suggestions as to how we might proactively remedy the situation on our own in the future, but also suggested a design change on the plumbing of the unit which made perfect sense to me. He set up an electronic appointment on the spot for us to have the redesign completed, which we will do at some point in the near future. No other AC repairman had ever made any suggestions to resolve this problem that has been more or less periodic, and ongoing for years. I will definitely request Chris Reed personally the next time we need AC service and recommend him hightly. The man knows his stuff and he doesn't waste time doing what needs to be done. A big shout out to Chris Reed and Green Leaf for a job well done.

Had them out to replace my 25 year old system. They called out many problems with my current system and how the builders originally built the attic system terribly that I already knew about. I knew it was going to be a lot of work to rebuild. That being said the price they quoted was really fair and they used a high quality AC unit with a great SEER rating. Final product was very impressive and they were very professional during installation. Can't say enough good things about greenleaf
