I asked for recommendations and they were the third place I called but the first to act like they cared about my issue. They scheduled me quickly at a better price and even called shortly after to squeeze me in the day of. Mike was great and did the work quickly and very friendly. I was very pleased with the whole experience. Well, as pleased as the situation allowed. I would definitely recommend them highly.
These guys are great. Very professional and actually took the time to solve a very simple AC problem that 2 other companies couldn’t... I would recommend honest to anyone. Save the hassle and call them first.
I have had a TERRIBLE experience with this company over the last 4 years. I bought a brand new system from them for almost 9k and they have been out several times to fix it. I've been told the board they put in doesnt match the system, the dampers rhey replaced multiple times were always the wrong ones for the system and they still dont work, I've even been told my system doesn't work properly becuase of the way my hosie is designed. I'm convinced the unit they installed is never going to work right becuase of all the "repairs" they have done and the machine is just overworked now. It needs to be replaced entirely. Recently I called becuase it stopped working AGAIN. I called at 7 am and was told someone would be out that day. at 4 pm I called back and was told they wouldn't be out for another 3 days. Erica told me she called and left me a voice mail but I didnt have a missed call or voicemail so it seems they lied again. Then when they did come out they chopped my rose bush up. the plant I've been tending to for 3 years is absolutely hideous now that they decided to just chop it up. So not only do they sell you systems that never work right and they constantly install parts that are not compatible (according to Rick ryker) they will also damage your property. It would've taken me literally 30 seconds to move the plant out of the way and now it's going to take months for it to recover. I cant believe they damaged my property after everything they've put us through. If mike Fobbs comes to tour door make sure to watch hom because apparently he thinks it's ok to destroy property.
Great experience! James was fantastic. He explained everything so well and never made me feel dumb for not knowing it (first-time homeowner problems). He was also so kind and patient with my toddler who wanted to show him toys and see what he was doing. Will definitely be calling them for any future needs!
After we had two AC units fail, another company came over and was pushing for us to replace both units (at high cost!). We then called Honest for a second opinion. Our technician, Mike, fixed both units quickly and also was very helpful in giving us maintenance pointers. Super positive experience all around — thank you very much!
Called Honest AC out for a second opinion after the first company recommended detected low refrigerant charge and wanted to charge for leak detection or any further investigation. The tech (Eric) who came out to speak with me was incredible in explaining what readings he got from the system and explaining why the first company may have misinterpreted the original readings. If not for the system stabilizing and working normally as he worked on it, it sounds like they might have done investigation for free that I'd have paid for from the first company, all as part of the 2nd opinion that they didn't charge me for. It's rare to see a company live up to its name as thoroughly as Honest AC, but it's earned them another customer going forward!
This is a fantastic company with excellent service and very affordable pricing. They are always transparent with the pricing and really work hard to deliver high-quality work and wonderful customer service.
Technician provided exemplary customer service he was very knowledgeable very polite and expedient provided me with answers to all of my questions I would highly recommend this company to do any and all future repairs

We hired this company to replace our existing ac unit. The lead Kade was knowledgeable and very informative as well as his crew of jon, Cesar and Bryan they were a big help. Had our new system installed in a little over 4 hours on a Saturday. Definitely recommend this company! Great job guys we appreciate you.
Service was incredible! Within 30 minutes of calling as a first time customer, Tom showed up at my home and fixed my water heater. I told him I was a first time home buyer and he took the time to explain everything he was doing, plus he walked around the home checking out the meter, sprinkler system, water pressure, and more. He was so helpful and I learned a ton of information from him that I wouldn’t have known otherwise. The price was incredibly fair and we will definitely be using this company exclusively for any plumbing or HVAC needs.
Jeremy, Jackson, and Kade were our installers for our Heating, AC and thermostat. They called us with their ETA and arrived right on time. They were professional from the moment they arrived and when they finished our install made sure we understood our new HVAC system and were educated on the functions of our new Thermostat (they also told us to call anytime with any questions we may have in regards to the new thermostat and that if needed they would come back to go over it again) We highly reccomend Honest Air Conditioning and Plumbing, we are very, very pleased with their professionalism and their services.

I received two other quotes to replace my water heaters before I called Honest A/C and Plumbing. Doug came out and inspected the job, plus inspected plumbing inside the house for no charge... no BS and did not try to upsell. Honest A/C and Plumbing's quote was half the cost of the others! I called to schedule on Wednesday and Doug came on Thursday to complete the job. Very nice to work with, very professional, and knowledgeable. I'll patronize their services again.

Our air conditioner bit the dust in August during the heat of the summer. Raymond came to the rescue and worked with us to build an order that fit our needs. He was patient in answering all of my questions, and he was transparent with pricing. Despite the national supply shortages, Ray was able to find exactly what we wanted. The installation was quick, painless, and high-quality. It's been six months, and our Trane system has kept us comfortable throughout the hot summer and the cold winter. Thanks Raymond!
We had to replace an ancient water heater in an even more ancient house, and asked several plumbers for bids. AJ was detailed, blunt, and had creative solutions available from the beginning for stubborn leaks that had been a problem for years. The job overlapped the ice storm, and even with a power outage in the shop, AJ & Michelle kept up clear & timely communication. Highly recommend Honest AC & Plumbing for all.
I decided to change out my own thermostat and made a fatal error of flipping the wrong breaker off. I ended up blowing a fuse and had no heat with a winter storm rolling in. James came out within an hour of me calling. He not only fixed the blown fuse, but took the time to educate me on where I went wrong and how to avoid trouble in the future. He then stuck around to help me program the thermostat in Alexa so I can adjust the temp from my phone. Super thorough and friendly. This is my second time using Honest and I won't ever call anyone else. They live up to the name.
I have worked at Honest Air Conditioning and Plumbing for 2 years as a plumber's apprentice. Other companies I have worked at treat you like a number. Not his place, I am a valued employee and receive all the support and training I need to advance my career in the plumbing trade. I can honestly say they not only take care of their employees but also their customers. Doing whats right, and making sure everyone has the professional guidance and advise to make an informed decision. Honest Air Conditioning and Plumbing is, by far, the best choice, because we take care of our customers before, during, and after a job it done.
Tom came by to look at a leaky faucet and identified the issue and emailed me a picture of the faucet part where the leak was as part of his diagnosis. He also fixed a problematic hose faucet with a new bin and heat tape. I didn’t ask him to specifically put on the heat tape but he did it anyways because that’s how it SHOULD be done. That, to me, is how professionals conduct themselves
