My dad bought an Amana AC unit from this company in 2019. Every single year the unit goes out. He has poured thousands of dollars into it to get it to work. Last year (2022), the unit of course went out. When he called them for them to come fix it they told him that they longer do residential homes anymore. Instead of honoring his contracts and warranty they told him too bad so sad. Not only did they sell him a unit that NEVER works, they are not honoring their warranty. This is an AWFUL company and extremely unethical. Do not use them.
Had them come fix a few roof top units at work. They arrived rather quickly. Casey and David figured out the problem and had it fixed in no time. I would highly recommend them.
Great experience from start to end. Staci is very professional, friendly, detailed and down to earth. Very easy to work with . Highly recommend.
