Our service tech Chase went above and beyond to repair our AC unit. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to keep us informed of what was going on with the repair. Actual they call to tell me he was coming earlier than appt time. Brandon diagnosis the problem and had it fix quick. He called the office because my rental HVACs are in Sunny’s a service club so I got a better price

Brendon was very efficient and clear in his explanations of what we needed for a replacement system. My only complaint is the delay is getting the temporary system ordered and installed.

JD arrived on time and did a very thorough inspection of our A/C unit and also cleaned out the coils. We are very happy with Sunny and JD and highly recommend them to anyone who wants supreme support and service for their family during this very hot season.
Our central air was due for a tune-up, so we called Sunny Service to come out today. J.D. was our technician and he was friendly and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing, what we needed to do maintenance wise and even took some photos to show us what he did. All in all we're very happy with Sunny Service our tech J.D. They were reasonable and efficient. We will be using them for our future needs and highly recommend them.

Nathan - Ray - Jose - Did a GREAT job installing our NEW Air condition system and also improved the Duct work on the other unit.
I knew we needed a new A/C unit so I called Sunny for a bid on Monday. Brendan with Sunny service came out Tuesday and diagnosed the situation. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to provide several bids same day, and once I made a decision they scheduled our install three days later. Install techs came out Friday morning and were complete with the attic install by 2pm. The unit is working flawlessly. I was very impressed with the value and speed of Sunny Service. I will use them in the future and I would recommend to family.

My condenser fan motor failed last night and I set up an appt. for 10am this morning. On time, insightful, friendly, and quality work in replacing the outdoor fuse box as well. I added a before and after for the outdoor fuse box but it still doesn't show how much attention to detail Jeremiah did. I have signed up for service plan just to help out a little bit for emergencies plus the bi-annual check ups.

JD came today and did a thorough check and tuneup of our system. He explained a couple of parts that are showing signs of end of life, but are not currently failing.
